Translation

When they came to the valley of ants, an ant said, “Oh ants! Go back to your nests. Solomon and his army shall not trample you while you are unaware.”

Tafsir

When Hazrat Solomon came to the ant valley with his army, one of the ants called out to the ants; O ants! Get into your nests, lest Solomon and his army crush you without realizing it. The fact that an ant protects ants of its own kind and treats them with mercy is a good example for mankind. Except those whose eyes are blind, who are far away from Allah's commands and prohibitions, who disbelieve in Allah, and whose ears are deaf to the Word of truth, and who do not want to hear the news of them. These do not take an example. They do not turn to the Truth out of pride and arrogance.

What is said in the video

The Valley of the Ants. At last, when they came to the valley of the ants, an ant: O ants, enter your dwellings, lest Solomon and his army, without noticing, crush you, she said. How beautiful: without noticing, it says. That is, they would not do it knowingly. When Solomon arrived at that place with his army, one of the ants calls out to the ants. O ants, enter your dwellings, lest Solomon and his army crush you without noticing, she said. This ant protecting the ants of its own kind and treating them with compassion is a fine lesson for people.

That is, if an animal is protecting its own tribe, its own kind, then a head of state too is obliged to protect his nation and his state. Today, those who (?) the nation, who from the nation drift away,

who get stuck in some outdated mentalities and run after those mentalities, those ideologies: shame on such leaders.

Just as such people cannot govern themselves, they can govern neither the nation nor the state. But, Hodja, such people do come to power. If such people come to power, if three things come together, that state sinks. If two of the three (?), and one remains sound, that state still continues. For instance, if three things come together, that state collapses. One, if the state's administrators are incompetent people. Two, if immorality reaches its peak. Three, if bribery enters state offices. All three existed in Turkey, and Turkey was finished.

By Allah's mercy, by Allah's mercy, with a savior sent by our Lord, our state is in the hands of competent people.

And people who are united with their nation and serve the nation.

In this case, if the ant protects its own people and calls out to them, wanting them to go into their dwellings, surely the people leading us, if they are competent, will protect their nation. Yes.

Within a nation there may be people who cannot govern themselves. That is normal.

But man: if, in a way that every person can understand, Allah Almighty has sent us the Quran, and in the verse says, With a mosquito and what is above it, We will never refrain from giving a likeness, that is, an example, then in this case, after so many experiences, he still does not see what this state has done. He admires the people in the condition of the old Turkey. With carnal feelings he takes exposure and nakedness for civilization; if he admires animals and, through this admiration of animals, still runs after ill-intentioned mentalities, they will have done nothing but betray this homeland.

And themselves, their future and this nation they wrong. That is why people (?) in the homeland need to see clearly who is serving them. And for the survival of our state, for the unity and togetherness of our nation, other than holding fast to one another and loving one another, we have no remedy. That is why we, these 80 million people, all together, at least in our mentality, for our own salvation, our future, our children, must come together. Otherwise, with Satan deceiving us and putting the yoke on our necks, running through our blood vessels and making us chase after lust; by stripping bare and taking nakedness for civilization, taking their place beside such people so as to divide the survival of the state, the unity of the homeland, if they betray this homeland out of carnal feelings, then they truly fall into the state of the people described by this verse of Allah Almighty.

They are like four-legged animals roaming the earth. Even more astray in their course, it says.

To one who understands, it says, a mosquito is music; to one who does not, drum and zurna are not enough.

We read this verse once more. At last, when they came to the valley of the ants, an ant: O good ants, enter your dwellings, lest Solomon and his army crush you without noticing, she said. Yes.

Enter your dwellings, lest Solomon and his army crush you without noticing, she said. This ant protecting the ants of its own kind and treating them with compassion is a fine lesson for people. But those whose eyes are blind, far from Allah's commands and prohibitions, the people who deny Allah, who have become deaf by stopping their ears against the word of truth, those who do not want to hear these accounts, are an exception. These take no lesson. Out of their pride and arrogance they do not turn to the truth. Yes.
