What is said in the video

Surah Al-A'raf, verse 124. I will surely cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, and then I will hang you all, he says. The magicians who performed this sorcery, when they obeyed Moses, when they understood that there is no other god but Allah, when they saw the truth, they became Muslims. That is, they followed Moses. They submitted to Allah, who is the Truth. Thereupon Pharaoh says: Did you follow Moses without my permission? He was already your chief sorcerer. I will cut off your hands and feet on opposite sides, he says. Pharaoh, turning to the magicians and the believers: your hands and feet I will have cut off on opposite sides, that is, the right wrist and the left ankle, and then I will have you all hanged, he said, threatening them.

He wanted this punishment given to them so that Pharaoh could intimidate his subjects; that was the reason.
