We explain verses to the deniers and to everyone so that they all know.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) explains the verses to people in such a way that people understand who is doing what and who is going to do what, and they realize that there is no other God but Allah (swt), the Almighty, and they know that every soul will be held accountable for what it has done. Let no human being have an excuse to blame Allah (swt).
What is said in the video
Verse one hundred seventy-four, yes: So that, to those who deny the verses and to everyone, We explain, so that it becomes evident, so that they are well known, so that they know well.
This too has been interpreted wrongly here. Now, what does verse one hundred seventy-four say? Whereas "perhaps" — it says "perhaps" here. "So that perhaps they turn back from denial, man from denial, the verses We explain in such detail." What does it say? So that perhaps they turn back from denial. Allah doesn't know, then. Look, now it has broken the covenant. What does it say? So that — that is, there, those who made the covenant — to those who deny and to everyone We explain, so that even to those who turn back (?) and those who are in denial. So that to those who deny the verses and to everyone We explain, to everyone among them We explain, so that it becomes evident, so that they are well known.
Allah Almighty explains the verses to people in this way. So that people understand who is doing what and who is behaving in what way and, realizing that there is no god other than Allah, the absolute power, know that every soul will be called to account for what it did. So that no person has any excuse left to blame Allah Almighty. Yes.
