Translation

Except for those among men, women, and children who were truly helpless, and couldn’t find a solution or any way to strive.

Tafsir

Among the people who are persecuted in a town are those who are incapable of emigrating, men who are unable to emigrate, who are unable to walk or walk, who are weak and sick and crippled, women who are helpless, and children who are incapable of anything, and those who cannot find any way to emigrate. These are exceptions. Allah does not intend cruelty to people. Since people in this situation are already incapable, Allah spares and protects them according to their intentions.

Those who do not fulfill Allah's command to emigrate are wronging their own souls. In this respect, those who seek Allah with sincerity and follow Allah's Verses will win the test of this temporary world and will be rewarded with Allah's mercy.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nisa, verse 98: Of the men, women and children, those who are truly helpless, who are unable to find any means, who can find no way, are exempt. Where to? When going to war. Or when, suffering torment in one place, they emigrate to another land, while migrating in hijra, these are exempt. People suffering oppression in a land, the helpless among them, unable to emigrate, unable to walk, men who are feeble, sick and disabled, helpless women and children who cannot manage anything, those who find no way to emigrate, these are exempt. Allah does not wish oppression for people. Since people in this situation are helpless anyway, Allah, according to their intentions, protects and guards them.

Here, let us not call this hijra.

Let us call them those who migrate.

Yes.

a means and a (?) thing, not able to manage, children, hijra, yes, this part we read again: people suffering oppression in a land, the helpless among them, unable to migrate, unable to walk, men who are feeble, sick and disabled, helpless women and children who cannot manage anything, those who find no way to migrate, these are exempt. Allah does not wish oppression for people.

Since people in this situation are helpless anyway, Allah, according to their intentions, protects and guards them. Here we say: those who do not carry out Allah's command of hijra. Those who do not carry out Allah's command to migrate, command to migrate, wrong their own selves.

Today people migrate in many places, they change where they live. We do not call this hijra. Hijra, with the Prophet (peace be upon him) emigrating together from Mecca to Medina, came to an end. After that there is no more hijra. Yes.

For this reason, taking refuge in Allah with sincerity, they rule themselves by Allah's verses. Winning in this fleeting world, this house of trial, they attain Allah's mercy. Yes.
