Tafsir
It is narrated that this verse was revealed when they expressed their woundedness and fatigue in order to stay back from the battle of (Bedri Sugra).
Do not slacken your pursuit of the enemy groups. Since they are enemies of you, they will gather again and attack you. Allah (swt) says, 'Do not give them this opportunity.
(If you are suffering, they are suffering as you are suffering). In this verse, Allah (swt) informs people that all human beings are created from flesh and bones, that each soul is riding on the mount of a body, and that none of these bodies are created different from each other. The pain that you suffer on your body is the same pain for him as it is for you. So do not look at the pain and suffering you are going to suffer on this corpse mount on which you are riding, indistinguishable from each other, and do not be afraid of the enemies of Allah and your enemies, the people who are your enemies. Moreover, they have no one to hope in and no one to lean on, while you, by virtue of your Islam, are expecting something from Allah. And you hope for what they do not hope for. What Muslims hope for from Allah is that the world is a temporary place of little enjoyment, and that Allah (swt) promises people Paradise in the Hereafter.
Allah has knowledge and wisdom. Allah is the All-knowing. He is the eternal. Allah (swt) is Huwayl Awwal wal Aakhiru wal Aakhiru wal Batindi.
Allah, the Eternal and Everlasting Life, is the Possessor of Knowledge. Who created all beings and brought them into existence from nothing. He is the initiator of the course of the universe. He has wisdom. He knows what He has created and for what purpose. And to the extent that He wills, He informs those who have knowledge and those whom He loves.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 104 of Surah An-Nisa. Do not slacken in pursuing that enemy host. If you are suffering, they too are suffering as you suffer. Moreover, you hope from Allah for what they do not hope for. Allah is the possessor of knowledge and wisdom. What do we hope for? Martyrdom. They do not hope for that. Yes. Because their pain is the world, they suffer a great deal. Because they lose the material things in their hands. Yes.
According to a report, this verse, at the Lesser Badr, when they spoke of their wounds and fatigue so as to stay back from the battle, was revealed, so they say. Do not slacken in pursuing the enemy hosts. Since they are your enemies, they regroup and attack you again. So Allah Almighty says: do not give them that opportunity. Look how well we are living this today. Some terrorists set out to enter Afrin, and some ten kilometres from Afrin we stop them with artillery fire. What are we doing? We prevent them from getting in there. And all of us are now witnessing the Afrin operation. In rain, in cold, in fog they never slacken.
A television screen shows Mehmetçik, the blessed one, in the trench, in the trench they dug, through mud, water in the swamp, swamp, mud, yellow mud, he goes right through it. He never says: my foot touched the mud, sir, mud got inside. One truly (?). Yes.
If you are suffering, they too are suffering as you suffer. In this verse Allah Almighty informs people that all people are made of flesh and bone, that every soul is on the mount of a body, and that none of these bodies was created different from another. Just as the pain you suffer in your body torments you, it gives him the same torment. So, on this mount of the body that you ride, no different from one another, do not look at the pains and torments you will suffer and hold back from those facing you, the enemies of Allah and your enemies. Moreover, although they have no one at all whom they hope in and (?), you, by virtue of being Muslims, expect something from Allah.
And you hope for what they hope for. And you hope for what they do not hope for, that is, what the disbelievers do not hope for. What is this? The Prophet at the battle of Badr: Allah Almighty helps him with angels. We expect Allah's help. Then we expect to become martyrs. Yes. They have no such hope. These states are not there. Why? Because he has not come to know Allah.
What has he come to know? Life in this world, pleasure, enjoyment, entertainment. He has come to know evil. He has come to know killing people. He has come to know inhuman acts. He has taken on characters like the life of a wild animal. Animal characters.
Yes. You will find no humanity in them. You cannot look for humanity there.
What Muslims hope for from Allah is that, the world being a place of little benefit that passes, in the hereafter Allah Almighty promises paradise to people. Allah is the possessor of knowledge and wisdom. Allah is All-Knowing, everlasting in His essence. Allah Almighty is hüve'l-evvelü ve'l-âhiru ve'z-zâhiru ve'l-bâtın. Without beginning and without end, the Living, Allah is the possessor of knowledge. He is the one who created all beings and brought them into existence from nothing. He is the one who began the (?) of the universe; He is the possessor of wisdom. He Himself knows what He created, why, and for what purpose He created it.
And with the destiny He wills, to the people of knowledge and those He loves, even if only a little, He makes it known.
