Tafsir
Soon after, the bird of the nightingale came and said to Hadrat Solomon 'alaihis-salâm'. I bring you news from Seba, which you do not know and which I have told you very truthfully.
Seba is the name of a tribe in Yemen, three days' journey east of Sen'an, named after their grandfathers. Its center is the city of Me'rib, the ancient capital of the whole country of Yemen. This city was also given this name. The Seba referred to in the verse are the inhabitants of this city.
According to another narration, it is said that while Solomon was eating or engaged in worship, a swan flew into the air and a woman named Belkis from the Yemen side saw the greatness of the ruler's throne and left to bring news from there.
No matter how they were separated, since the head of them was Hazrat Suleiman. His permission should have been sought. But he is an animal after all. As humans make mistakes, so did he. His excuse is valid and it has been revealed that he was caught up in the magnitude of this event and left the army of Hadrat Solomon with the good intention of bringing good news to Hadrat Solomon.
In this regard, he said, I have brought you important news that you do not know and that is very true.
What is said in the video
In Surah An-Naml, verse 22: not long after, the hoopoe came and said: I have learned something you do not know, I have brought you true and important news from Sheba, it says.
Not long after, the hoopoe comes back and says this to Solomon (peace be upon him): I have brought you news that you do not know and that I tell very truthfully, from Sheba. What does it mean by saying "that I tell very truthfully"? I am not lying. I am telling the truth, it says. That is, I will tell what I heard. Sheba, three days' journey east of Sanaa in Yemen, is the name of a people named after their ancestors. Its center is the former capital of the whole land of Yemen, the city of Marib. (?) This name was given after this city. And the Sheba meant in the verse is the people of this city.
According to one report, while Solomon (?) was eating or was busy with worship, the hoopoe took to the air and, in the region of Yemen, saw a woman named Bilqis, a female ruler, her throne, her grandeur, and to bring news from there it left; that is how a story goes. That is, that is what they say. In whatever way it left, since their head is Solomon, permission had to be obtained from him. But this is, after all, an animal. Just as people make mistakes, it made a mistake too. Its excuse, however, is valid: carried away by the magnitude of this event, in order to bring Solomon (peace be upon him) good news, it left Solomon's army with good intentions, as has been made clear.
That is why: I have brought you important news that you do not know, and very truthfully, it said.
