The bird continues to make his excuse to Hazrat Solomon (peace be upon him). He says, "Indeed, I met a woman who ruled over the Sebaites, and she was given everything and had a great throne. The meaning of "given everything" in this verse is that the elders of his people by his people are people who are subordinate to their female ruler and do not deviate from her decisions.
The greatness of Belkis' throne means that it is a throne of great value because it is a throne embroidered with gold and rubies and various jewels. Belkis sits on such a throne and reigns.
Belkis' father's name was Sherahil. Since Sharahil had no son, his daughter Belkis succeeded him as ruler. About forty of their descendants ruled in Yemen.
So the hyacinth bird brought this news to Hadrat Solomon and explained the situation.

The hoopoe continues to state its excuse to Solomon (peace be upon him). Indeed, I came across a woman ruling over the Sabaeans, who has been given everything, who has a great throne, it says. "Has been given everything": the meaning here is not going against her word; whatever you say, we will accept it; in that sense, "given everything", that is, tell us to die, and we will die, tell us to worship this, and we will worship, tell us to change religion, and we will change.
That is, given everything. She is now the ruler of that place. The meaning of "has been given everything" in this verse: by her people, the notables of her people too had submitted to the woman's rule (?). They are people who do not go outside the decisions she makes. Bilqis's throne: by its greatness is meant that, being a throne worked with gold and rubies and all kinds of jewels, it is a precious, great throne. Bilqis was ruling, seated on such a throne. The name of Bilqis's father is Sharahil. Since Sharahil had no son, his daughter Bilqis succeeded him as ruler. About 40 people of their lineage ruled in Yemen.
