Translation

The degree of those who believe, who migrate and who fight on Allah’s path with their possessions and with their lives, is higher. And they are the ones who attain salvation.

Tafsir

When Muslims are persecuted in one town and they emigrate to another town where they can perform their worship more freely, and at the same time they strive for the survival of the Deen of Islam by submitting to the will of Allah by waging jihad with their lives and wealth against those who extinguish the light of Allah on earth, such people are superior in rank and rank in the sight of Allah. Because these are the people who, despite the worldly blessings they enjoy, strive for the survival of the Deen of Islam by waging jihad with their wealth and their lives, abandoning their egoistic desires in favor of what their ego desires, submitting to the will of Allah, and striving for the survival of the Deen of Islam. These are the ones who are honored with the rank of martyrdom when they are killed in jihad for the sake of Allah.

These are the ones who are closer to Allah (swt) in terms of faith and whose rank in the sight of Allah (swt) is very high.

What is said in the video

Surah At-Tawbah, verse 20: Those who believe and emigrate and wage jihad in the way of Allah with their wealth and their lives are, in rank, higher in the sight of Allah, and they are the ones who attain salvation. When Muslims are oppressed in one land and, to be able to worship more freely, emigrate to their Muslim brothers in another land, and at the same time wage jihad with their lives and wealth against those who extinguish Allah's light on earth, submitting to what Allah wants and striving for the religion of Islam to live on, such people are higher in rank and degree in the sight of Allah.

Because these people, although immersed in worldly blessings, are people who wage jihad with their wealth and lives and, against what their nafs desires, give up the cravings of the nafs, who submit to Allah's wishes and strive for the religion of Islam to live. These people who submit to Allah's wishes and strive for the religion of Islam to live, these, when killed waging jihad for Allah, are the ones honoured with the ranks of martyrdom. In terms of faith they are much closer to Allah Almighty, and in the sight of Allah they are persons whose degrees are very great.
