Translation

Say; “Nothing will reach us, except that which Allah has written for us. Allah is our Owner. The mu’min should only trust in Allah.”

Tafsir

No misfortune or good will come to people except what they have dictated to Allah (swt). Whatever Allah has willed for a person, that person has dictated to Allah what he has willed in his destiny. In proportion to what he has willed, he will be a witness to Allah and His Messenger around him and to himself. Allah (swt) will give these people good and evil according to their will. This good and evil is within the destiny of people. Allah (swt) says in one of His verses, "We do not put a burden on your backs that you cannot bear". So nothing reaches people except their destiny.

The believers know that whatever happens to them in their destiny is a test from their Lord. They know that they are being tested. They rely and trust in Allah. For there is no other God but Allah to whom they should turn. The hearts of the believers are filled with peace as they surrender to Allah in the face of calamities according to the verse (Allah does not put on our backs a burden that we cannot bear). By helping each other in the face of calamities, believers consent to what comes from Allah and receive Allah's mercy.

What is said in the video

Surah At-Tawbah, verse 51. Say: except what we have had Allah write for us, nothing will ever reach us. What is this? Look what it says. Say: except what we have had Allah write for us, nothing will ever reach us. What is it that we have had Allah write? Let's read it once more: Say, except what we have had Allah write for us, nothing else will ever reach us. In the world of spirits, when Allah Almighty created our spirits, at the address Elestü bi Rabbiküm, when we made our covenant with Allah Almighty, every person's wish and desire he had written for himself as destiny; other than that, nothing reaches that person.

Nothing outside his destiny reaches him. man will live his destiny; if something outside their destiny reached them, if something reached those people, the people, because of deeds done outside their destiny, would either (?) their sin or not be able to prove themselves. Yes, He is our Protector; therefore let the believers rely and trust in Allah alone. So whatever is in my destiny, I don't fear Ahmet or Mehmet, and nothing other than that reaches me. Even if I fear, if it is to do me that harm, I will certainly suffer that harm. Why should I fear? If it is within my destiny. As we told in the past (?), while the Prophet was following a unit, he crosses to the other side to relieve himself.

I also said the person's name. The person's name doesn't stay in my mind. After relieving himself, he performs ablution. Look, at that moment a great rain, a flood comes. He cannot cross back. He waits for the flood to recede. At that moment someone from the enemy on the other side, sword in hand, confronts the Prophet. Now, he says, who will save you from my hand? And the Prophet says to Allah Almighty: O my Lord, he says, whatever there is between him and me, have it decreed, he says. Look how beautifully he says it. Whatever there is between him and me, have it decreed. At that moment his (?) bend.

The sword falls from his hand. Now, he says, who will save you from me? Well. He says, I won't do you any harm, he says. If you let me go, he says, I'll never speak against you, he says. And he gives him his sword and sends him off. That polytheist, telling of this event where he went, becomes the cause of many people there becoming Muslim. So: Say, except what we have had Allah write for us, nothing will ever reach us. He is our Protector. Therefore let the believers rely and trust in Allah alone. The believers know this. They know their destiny will come to pass. Let them lean their backs on Allah alone, it says.

There is no hesitation in believers. Because a believer is a person who has grasped the divine manifestations. Other than what people have had Allah Almighty write, neither a calamity nor any good touches them. Whatever a person desired from Allah, that desire, in his destiny, that person has had Allah Almighty write. In proportion to his desire, before Allah and His Messenger, those around and himself he will hold himself as witness. Allah Almighty, within their desires, will give these people good and evil. This good and evil that comes is within people's destinies. In one verse, too, Allah Almighty: (?) we cannot bear, We do not put on your backs (?). So nothing reaches people outside their destinies.

Believers know that whatever will befall them within their destiny is, from their Lord, a test for them. They know they are being tested. They rely on and trust in Allah. Because there is no other god besides Allah that they could turn to. With the believers' submission to Allah, in the face of calamities that come, Allah (?) Allah does not put on our backs a load we cannot bear. According to the verse, Allah — when they submitted to Allah, their hearts found peace. In the face of calamities, believers help one another and with what comes from Allah show contentment. They attain Allah's mercy. Yes.
