On that day, you will see great sinners being put into chains.
Tafsir
In the Hereafter, the sinners and criminals will be in chains when they give their account before Allah. These sinful criminals will have no helper or intercessor. When they are dragged to Hell, when they see the torment there, their faces will change in the face of the horror of that torment.
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 49.
That day you will see the sinners bound in chains, He says. In chains: the sinners, in the realm of the hereafter, in the presence of Allah Almighty, the sinners and criminals who give their account are bound in chains. Now these sinful criminals have neither helpers nor healers. When they are dragged to Hell and see its torment, before the horror of that torment their faces will change. So as not to enter Hell, they will throw themselves face down on the ground. And We will call the guardians of Hell. Seizing them by their forelocks, forelock meaning their (?) here, through a narrow gate of Hell they will throw them in, He says.
There they will be bound in chains and with iron whips beaten. Iron whips, may Allah protect us.
