Translation

(That dwelling is) the Paradises of Eden, beneath which rivers flow. For them, there is everything they desire in there. And this is how Allah rewards the Muttaqi (righteous).

Tafsir

Allah (swt) describes the Paradise that the owners of piety will enter and says that rivers will flow from its floors. It is the Gardens of Adn where they will have everything they want. What is offered to people here will never be taken away from them again, and in these heavens, the abode of eternal bliss, people will find whatever they desire.

Those who seek Allah's pleasure in this world and adorn themselves with taqwa will be rewarded in the Hereafter.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 31: That abode is the gardens they will enter, beneath which rivers flow. There they will have whatever they wish. Thus does Allah reward the God-fearing. Allah Almighty declares of the Paradise the God-fearing will enter (?), that from beneath the grounds of that Paradise rivers flow. They are the Gardens of Eden, where they will attain all they wish. Just as what is granted to people here is never taken back from them, in these gardens, the abode of eternal bliss, people will find there whatever they desire. Those who seek Allah's pleasure in this world and are adorned with taqwa will, in the world of the Hereafter, be rewarded like this.
