Translation

Do they (the infidels) expect something else but angels coming to them or the order of their Lord coming to them? The ones before them also acted as such. Allah did not commit oppression against them, but they were committing oppression against themselves.

Tafsir

Because the disbelievers did not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, they did not obey their Prophets who warned them. When they hoped for their own desires and wishes from the gods they had invented in their own minds, they said to their Prophet, 'Why do you not bring angels to us, or why does not your God destroy us with the torment which you have frightened us with? If Allah sends angels to them, He sends them by His command. Allah's command is to destroy such people. Allah did not oppress these people. He warned them and waited for them to return to Allah, the Creator and Owner. But because they went beyond the limit in disbelief, Allah destroyed them for what they had done so that they would not corrupt the generations behind them. He eradicated them from the world. They were rewarded for what they had done. Otherwise, Allah has not wronged them. Every soul has wronged itself.

Those before them said the same things. They denied their Prophets and disbelieved in Allah. Allah destroyed them because of their disbelief. Do these also expect anything from Allah other than their destruction? Allah rewarded those who perished for what they did. For Allah is the Possessor of justice. He is the One who repays every soul in full.

Therefore, Allah did not intend any injustice to the sinful, guilty sinner, the disbeliever who wrongs his own soul, and He did not wrong them. They have wronged their own souls by what they have done.

What is said in the video

We have come to the thirty-third verse. Do the disbelievers await anything other than the angels coming to them or the command of their Lord coming? Those before them did the same. Allah did not wrong them, but they were wronging themselves. Yes, what is this like? I went and swindled a man, Allah forbid. And the swindled man filed a complaint against me and proved it; they brought me before the judge, and the judge put me in prison for swindling a person. Now, is it the judge who put me in prison, or did I get myself put in prison? So too those who do not carry out Allah's command in the world: when they are punished, when Allah gives them their punishment, Allah did not punish them. They punished themselves.

Yes, what does it say? Do the disbelievers await anything other than the angels coming to them or the command of their Lord coming? Those before them did the same. Allah did not wrong them. But they are wronging themselves, it said. Because the disbelievers did not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, they did not obey their prophets who warned them. Expecting their own desires and wishes from gods they invented by their own reasoning, they say to their prophets: If only you would bring us angels, or where is the punishment you frighten us with? If only your Allah would destroy us, they say. If Allah sends angels to them, He sends them with His command.

And Allah's command for such people is destruction.

Allah did not wrong these people. He warned these people. He waited for them to return to Allah, their Creator and Owner. But because they exceeded the bounds in disbelief, so that they would not corrupt the generations after them, Allah destroyed them in return for what they did. He uprooted them from the world. They found the recompense of what they did. It is not that Allah wronged them. Every soul has wronged itself. Those before them had said the same things. They denied their prophets. They disbelieved in Allah. Allah destroyed them because of their disbelief. Are these too waiting for anything from Allah other than their destruction?

Allah gave those destroyed the recompense of what they did. Because Allah is just. He is the One who gives every soul its recompense in full. Therefore, to every bearer of a soul, the sinful, the criminal, the disbelievers who wrong their own selves, Allah has not intended injustice, and He has not wronged them. By what they did, they have wronged their own selves. Yes.
