Translation

Vow to that; We have sent a Prophet to every nation, (saying); “Worship Allah and abstain from Taghoot!”. Some of them came to Allah’s right path. And some of them chose going astray. Walk around the earth and see the end of the deniers.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) made mankind accountable to Him and sent Prophets to every nation from amongst themselves, telling them to worship Allah. He commanded to beware of Tagut. Tagut is Satan or people like Satan. People who enjoin evil, who turn people away from the path of Allah, who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter are also tagut. Allah has sent Prophets as warners to protect people from such evils and to prevent them from wronging their own souls.

Those who followed these Prophets and Allah's commandments found the right path and attained guidance. Some other people, on the other hand, left the right path of Allah and rebelled against Allah by following Satan and Taghut. They denied the Hereafter. These people have gone astray in the middle of the straight path because they left the straight path of Allah.

Travel in the earth and see what was the end of those who left the right way of Allah and went astray, disbelieving in Allah and the Hereafter. They were mowed down like a field of crops. Their descendants were cut off from the earth. Their towns that remain on the roads stand before the eyes as an example. Their bad memories will continue until the Day of Judgment, and they will serve as an example to people.

What is said in the video

We have come to Surah An-Nahl, verse 36. Here is a verse that has been interpreted wrongly, Surah An-Nahl.

Let's look at Surah An-Nahl.

Surah An-Nahl, which verse? Verse 36.

A verse that has been interpreted wrongly.

We this, 35, 36. Indeed, We, so that they would command "Serve Allah and keep away from the taghut", sent a prophet to every community. Allah guided some of them to the right path, it says. He guided some to the right path. Well now, look, the words here do not fit together. What does it say? Allah protect us. I don't mean Allah, I mean people's interpretation. According to their own minds. They know Arabic and interpret these like this. What does it say? Serve Allah and keep away from the taghut; indeed We, so that they would command "Serve Allah and keep away from the taghut", to every community sent a prophet.

Look now, Allah Almighty, whom one serves, sends to every community a prophet. There is no god other than Allah. All created beings too are His servants, so Allah Almighty informs people. Despite informing them, Allah guided some of them to the right path. On the one hand He says, obey Me. And on the other hand He guided some to the right path. If You are going to guide them to the right path, what need was there for a prophet? You guided that one to the right path. And the other one to Paradise. Then why did You send us here? Why did You send us to the world? Look how illogically they interpret this.

They demean themselves. Those who interpret it. Whereas what do we say here? Pay attention to the verse. Indeed, We, so that they would command "Serve Allah and keep away from the taghut", sent to every community a prophet. Some of them entered Allah's right path. In response to the command: we believed and had faith. There is no god but You. All the prophets You sent are Your servants and messengers, we said. What did we say? We said it. By our own will. What did we do? We obeyed Allah's command. That is, We sent a prophet to every community so that they would command: keep away from the taghut.

Some of them came to Allah's right path. And some of them loved going astray. Travel through the land and see what the end of the deniers was like. Although Allah's command to His servants is "Come to Me", what does it say here? We guided some to the truth and punished some. Wow. And some.

Allah Almighty, holding people as His own addressees, so that they would serve Allah, sent to every community prophets from among themselves. He commanded: keep away from the taghut. Taghut here has two meanings. Taghut, one: the two-legged devil. That is, man. Two-legged. The wicked. Keep away from them. The other: taghut is Satan; keep away from Satan. Taghut is Satan or people who are like Satan. People who command evil, who turn people away from Allah's path, who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter are also taghut. So Allah, protecting people from such evils, so that they would not wrong their own souls, sent prophets to people as warners.

Those who followed these prophets and Allah's command found the right path and attained guidance. Another group of people, however, abandoning Allah's right path, in Satan and the taghut, following the taghut, rebelled against Allah. They denied the Hereafter. Because these people abandoned Allah's right path, in the middle of the straight path they went astray. Travel through the land and see what the end was of those astray who left Allah's right path for the crooked path, who denied Allah and the Hereafter. They were mown down like a harvested field of crops. Their lineage on earth was cut off.

Their towns left along the roads stand before our eyes as a lesson for the world. Their bad memory will continue until the Day of Judgment, and they will each be a lesson for people.
