Translation

When We desire something to be, Our Command to it is only to Say “Be It!”, and it becomes.

Tafsir

We have explained this Verse in the previous Verses. Allah's saying "Be" is the will of our Lord. When He wills something to happen, He creates it. Otherwise, He does not create by sound and letter. If Allah had created by sound and letter, He would not have created the earth in two days and the heavens in two days and the things between them in two days, but He would have created them all in six days and He would have created them instantly. These six days are not the days of this world. They are the days of the Hereafter. Because Allah began to create before the world was created, He is talking about the Hereafter. The Hereafter is like a thousand years of the days of this world and one day of the Hereafter. So the heavens and the earth and all that is between them were created in six thousand years according to the days of the world.

The meaning of this verse is that it informs us that Allah (swt) is the Creator and that His will will be fulfilled. Therefore, whatever Allah has promised, His promise is true. To those who say that there is no resurrection after death, who is as faithful to his word as Allah, according to this verse, Allah (swt) informs us that after all souls taste death, Allah (swt) will resurrect people in the Hereafter and hold them to account. This is Allah's will. After all souls have died, He will gather people in the Hereafter and hold them to account for what they did in this world. So Allah will say "be" again, that is, He will create again, fulfilling His will.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 40: When We want something to be, Our word to it is only that We say "Be" — that We say it. And at once it is. Now people understand this "Be" verse like this: Allah said "Be" and it was. It does not come about by Allah Almighty saying "Be".

The meaning of saying "Be" here is our Lord's will. What does it say? Be. What is not there? He will say "be" to this (?). He will make (?). He makes its (?). When Allah Almighty wants to create something, His will is His saying "Be". That is, He will create it. "Be" is a command here. A command His Being gives to itself, His Being gives to His Being. Be. "I make it," He says. He makes it. "When I am able to create something, I say 'Be' to it," He says. What does it say? When We want something to be, Our word to it is only that We say "Be". That is, "I create this," He says. Allah Almighty. With what? Within time and space.

Is there proof? Of course there is proof. The earth in six days. In three days. The heavens also in three days. And what is between them He will create also in three days. In two days, sorry. The earth in two days, the heavens in two days, and what is between them We created in two days. What does it say? We created all of it in six days. Now let us calculate these six days. These six days. Which six days are these? The world had not been created. There are no days by world time. By the days of the hereafter, We created the earth in two days, the heavens in two days, and what is between them in two days.

"In exactly six days We created," He says. So if a thousand years here are like one day of the hereafter, like one day, He created it in six thousand years. Where is that here? "Kun", it says; He said "Be" and it is. Yes. That we think this way comes from our faith in our Lord, from our being without knowledge of Him — "He said Be, and it is." That is, He creates it. Sound and letter (?). Yes. Now here: When We want something to be, Our word to it is only that We say "Be". And at once it is. We explained this verse in earlier verses too. Allah Almighty saying "Be" is our Lord's will. It is His creating when He wills something to be.

It is not His creating with sound and letter. If Allah created with sound and letter, He would not create the earth in two days, the heavens in two days, and what is between them in two days, all of it in six days. And He would create at once, instantly. And these six days are not days of the world. They are days of the hereafter. Because since Allah began creating before the world was even created, it speaks of the day of the hereafter. As for a day of the hereafter, a thousand years of world days are like one day of the hereafter. So the heavens and the earth and what is between these two, by world days, in six thousand years He created. In this verse the meaning tells us that Allah Almighty is the Creator and that His will shall be fulfilled.

In this respect, whatever Allah promised, His promise is true. To those who say there is no rising after death, according to the verse "Who is truer to his word than Allah", it states that after all souls have tasted death, Allah, in the hereafter again, will raise people from Allah's (?) and call them to account. This is Allah's will. After all souls die, He will gather people in the hereafter, and call them to account for what they did in the world. So Allah will again say "Be", that is, as the fulfiller of His will, He will again create the universe with knowledge.
