Translation

(They) are the ones who show patience and only depend on and trust in their Lord.

Tafsir

These are the people who have submitted to Allah and do not exchange the life of this world for the Hereafter. They are the ones who prioritize Allah's commands and the Hereafter over their lives in this world. They are people who have patiently submitted themselves to the cruelty of this temporary world for the sake of Allah.

These are the ones who do not care about the oppression they suffer in this world, but accept what comes from Allah. They know that Allah is aware of their situation. They do not waver in their faith in Allah in the face of the hardships of this world in order to gain salvation in the Hereafter. Because they know that Allah will not put on people a burden they cannot bear.

These are the patient ones who put their trust in Allah. Those who consent to what comes from Allah. Those who do not compromise on the Verses of Allah, who emigrate for the sake of Allah without regard for their wealth and possessions, their children and their well-being, who strive with their lives and their wealth, and who sacrifice in the way of Allah, these are the people who attain salvation and inherit the eternal abode of bliss in the Hereafter. May Allah guide us all. May He annex us among His servants who attain salvation.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Nahl, verse 42: They are those who, relying only on their Lord, are patient. However great the world's hardship, even if one be in a barrel full of needles.

The person who knows that this hardship will surely end one day and that he will go before his Lord and give account — since Allah Almighty does not load onto a person's back a burden he cannot bear — however great the hardship they (?), people place their trust in Allah. They alone are those who are patient, relying on their Lord like this. Who? The believers. They rely on Allah and are patient. They know that the hardship of the world, its oppression, will end one day, and finally before Allah Almighty they will give account, and the abode of bliss of the hereafter will never end. But if one cannot be patient in the world, in this transient life, if he loses his test, the eternal punishment of the hereafter, the endless, never-ceasing punishment, will be his lot.

Those who weigh these up and with sound reason take their place in their Lord's ranks — how blessed are such people. These are people who have submitted to Allah and do not exchange the hereafter for worldly life. They hold Allah's commands and the hereafter above their life in the world. Being patient for Allah's sake with the oppression of this transient world, they have submitted themselves to Allah. They are those who, without minding the oppression they suffer in the world, are content with what comes from Allah. They know that Allah is aware of their state. To gain salvation in the hereafter, in the face of the world's hardship, in their faith in Allah they do not show even a hesitation.

Because they know Allah will not load onto people's backs a burden they cannot bear. So these are those who, relying on Allah, are patient. They are content with what comes from Allah. Those who make no concession on Allah's verses, who, without regard for their goods and property, children and (?), emigrate for Allah, who, striving with their lives and wealth, in the way of Allah (?) — these are the people who attain salvation and become heirs to the hereafter's eternal abode of bliss — such are they. May Allah grant all of us guidance. May He include us among His servants who attain salvation.
