Translation
We have only sent Prophets before you, only those to whom We have given revelations. If you don’t know, ask the people of knowledge.
Tafsir
Allah (swt) sent Prophets to people from their own kind, that is, as human beings. In addition, each Prophet must receive revelation from Allah and show miracles in order to become a Prophet. No matter how many Prophets have come from our ancestor Adam to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Allah (swt) has revealed to them and sent Books to some of them.
That We sent none as Prophets except those whom We have revealed, and those who have been the recipients of Allah's revelation are Prophets. If people do not know who are called Prophets and from whom they are sent, let them learn. According to this verse, Allah (swt) commands people to learn what they do not know. So not knowing is not a shame. The shame is not to learn.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nahl, in verse 43: Before you too, apart from people to whom We gave revelation, We sent no one as a prophet. If you do not know, ask those who know. Those to whom We revealed before you; that is, We did not come into the world, appear before you and announce "this is the prophet". We, to Our creations, (?). outside the created beings, outside Allah's Throne, in a place outside time and space, by way of communication, Our prophets by way of revelation We sent to you as guides, He says. Yes. Before you too, apart from people to whom We gave revelation, We sent no one as a prophet. If you do not know, ask those who know, it says.
If you don't know — who are those who know? The scholars. What do the scholars know? When Allah Almighty willed to create man, when He said "I will create man", to (?) the light of the Prophet, and after that He gave it of His spirit. From his spirit He created His prophets. However many prophets He would send, before even creating their peoples, before creating, from the prophets' spirits, their peoples, He made a covenant with them. What does He say? I will send you to your peoples as an elder and a father. Do you accept this command of Mine? And they say: yes, we accept. And Allah Almighty says: I too am among the witnesses with you.
So the prophets, created in the earlier barzakh: after Allah Almighty made a covenant with them, from their spirits their peoples' spirits He created, whichever people's time had come, that people's prophet, by telling them through revelation, through revelation telling it into their hearts, He has them invite their peoples to their Lord. These are also those who know. Yes. Allah Almighty sent to people prophets from their own kind, that is, as humans. Moreover, for each prophet to be a prophet, he must receive revelation from Allah and show miracles. From our forefather Adam to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), however many prophets came, Allah Almighty gave them revelation, and to some He also sent books. So His saying "We sent no one as a prophet other than people to whom We revealed" means: those graced with Allah's revelation are the prophets.
What is revelation? It is Allah Almighty's commands He sent to people — His telling people His commands. Revelation by way of communication. That is, these are verses. The words Allah spoke to the prophet are verses. And the meanings that Allah Almighty, to those servants, to that prophet's servants, for those verses has given, are inspiration. Yes. So only verses are revelation. A verse comes only to a prophet. It comes to prophets. Yes. So His saying "We sent no one as a prophet other than people to whom We revealed" means: those graced with Allah's revelation are the prophets. If people do not know who is called a prophet and from whom they were sent, let them learn.
According to this verse, Allah Almighty commands people to learn what they do not know. So not knowing is no shame; what is shameful is not learning.
