Translation
Or from being seized (by Allah) while they wander around? They will not incapacitate (Allah).
Tafsir
Were these people sure that a punishment would come to them suddenly while they were traveling in the bazaar or in the market?
In this verse and the previous verse, Allah (swt) declares that He has the keys to the unseen and that no one knows the unseen except Allah (swt). Emphasizing that human beings are unaware of what will happen one second later, and that they only know the events that happen to them during the time they live, and that they do not know what will happen one second later, he declares that people will not be sure of anything, and that safety and security can only be gained by surrendering to Allah.
No creature can incapacitate Allah, nor can they incapacitate Allah. Because Allah, the Creator, did not create out of nothing what He created out of nothing except by Himself, so that He should be under the authority of His creatures or be incapacitated through His creatures. If every soul realizes and understands that it is incapable and in need of Allah, it can attain salvation through obedience and faith in Allah. Those who do otherwise are the ones who pity their own souls.
What is said in the video
Verse 46: Or are they secure, while they go to and fro, from Allah seizing them? Yet they cannot render Allah helpless, leave Him helpless. Surah An-Nahl, verse 46. Are these people, while going to the market or travelling, secure from a punishment coming suddenly? With this verse and the previous verse, Allah Almighty makes known that the keys of the unseen are with Him and that none but Him knows the unseen. Stressing that people are unaware of even one second later, that they only know the events that befall them in the time they live, and declaring that they cannot know what will happen one second later, He makes known that people can be secure from nothing, and that safety and security are gained only by submitting to Allah.
No created being can render Allah helpless, and they will not leave Allah helpless. Because Allah the Creator did not create what He brought into being from nothing outside His own rule, so that He would fall under the rule of His creations, or through His creations be rendered helpless. That it is helpless and in need of Allah: if every soul realizes and understands this, it can attain salvation through obedience to Allah and faith. Those who do the opposite are wronging their own selves.
