Al-Kahf 16: (One among them said) “Now that you have distanced yourselves from them and from the ones that they worship other than Allah, let us seek refuge in a cave, so that our Lord can extend Allah’s mercy to us and provide benefit and ease in our matter.”

Translation

(One among them said) “Now that you have distanced yourselves from them and from the ones that they worship other than Allah, let us seek refuge in a cave, so that our Lord can extend Allah’s mercy to us and provide benefit and ease in our matter.”

Tafsir

One of the Ashab al-Kahf was inspired by Allah and said, "Since you have gone away from them and the things they worshipped besides Allah, let us take refuge in the cave so that our Lord may extend His mercy to us and make it easy and beneficial for us in our affairs. So they all took refuge together in the cave of Kehf in the mountain.

People who believe in Allah (swt) and have faith, who surrender to Allah (swt) in their hearts and fear no one but Allah (swt), Allah's help will surely reach them. Allah protects those He loves, both through inspiration and materially. He creates miracles for people and proves His existence to them in this way.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 16 of Surah Al-Kahf.

One of them had said: Since you too have turned away from them and from the beings they worship besides Allah, then let us take refuge in the cave so that our Lord may spread His mercy upon us and provide benefit and ease for us in our affair. One of the Companions of the Cave says this, by the inspiration Allah gave him: Since you have turned away from them and from the beings they worship besides Allah, then let us take refuge in the cave so that our Lord may spread His mercy upon us and provide benefit and ease for us in our affair, he said. Thereupon they all together took refuge in the Cave of Kahf on the mountain.

For people who believe in Allah Almighty and have faith, who submit to Allah in their hearts, who fear no one but Allah, Allah's help surely opens the way. Whether by inspiration or materially, Allah protects those He loves, creates miracles for people and thus proves His existence to people.
