Al-Kahf 18: Although they were asleep, you would have thought that they were awake. We were turning them to the right and to the left. And their dog was lying at the entrance of the cave, extending its forelegs. If you were to see their situation, you would turn away and flee, and fear would fill your heart from what you saw.

Tafsir
In this verse, Allah (swt) created miracles and protected these brave men who were ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of Allah, who stood before their rulers saying that Allah is One, and Allah protected them in a way that people could not see or know.
Many miracles have been performed on these people.
1- Although they are asleep, those who look at them think that they are awake.
2- Since they were under the protection of Allah, when people who would harm them entered the cave, they saw that they were surrounded by a beam of light that blinded them, and they ran out in fear.
3- Although they have slept for many years, their bodies are as fresh as they are today. So they are not old.
4- They did not get hungry despite sleeping for centuries.
5- Allah (swt) shows people how the resurrection after death will be.
6- By creating miracles out of His knowledge, Allah demonstrates His omnipotence by creating an example for people, thus proving His existence.
When these people sleep, Allah (swt) turns them from right to left and from left to right so that their sides are not crushed and disturbed. This is by the power of Allah. Allah is omnipotent.
Their dogs also lie in front of the cave with their front legs outstretched to protect their owners. If people had been aware of their condition, that is, if they had seen the miracles that have been performed on them, they would have been filled with fear. However, these miracles are seen by people who come in to harm them. In this case, they are filled with fear and throw themselves out. In this respect, although their location is known, no one can enter.
What is said in the video
Verse 18 of Surah Al-Kahf. While they were asleep, you would have thought them awake. We turned them to the right and left. And their dog lay at the entrance of the cave with its forelegs stretched out. If you had become aware of their state, you would have turned and fled from them, and because of what you saw your heart would have been filled with fear. In this verse Allah Almighty, by creating miracles, these valiant ones ready to sacrifice their lives for Allah, who stood before their ruler saying Allah is One, Allah took under His protection and, in a way that people could not see or know, protected these people.
He (?) many miracles upon these people. 1. Although they are not sleeping, those who look at them think they are awake. 2. Since they are under Allah's protection, when people who would harm them enter the cave, they see that they are surrounded by a light strong enough to blind the eyes and rush outside in fear. 3. Although they slept for long years, their bodies keep their freshness as they are today, that is, they did not age. 4. Although they slept for centuries, they did not get hungry. 5. Allah Almighty shows people what resurrection after death will be like. 6. It shows that Allah, creating miracles with His knowledge, is capable of everything, and that to people, as (?), He thus proves His existence.
Allah Almighty, so that these people's sides would not be crushed and pained while they slept, turns them from right to left and from left to right, letting them continue their sleep. This is not by Allah's power; Allah is capable of everything. Their dog too, at the cave, with its forelegs stretched out, to protect its owners, lies there. If people had become aware of these people's state, that is, had they seen the miracles appearing upon them, people's hearts would be filled with fear; but it is the people who go inside to harm them who see these miracles. In that case they too are filled with fear and throw themselves outside.
For this reason, although their location is known, no one can get inside.
