Al-Kahf 26: Say; “Allah knows better for how long they have stayed. The unknown of the heavens and the earth belongs to Allah. How clearly Allah sees; how clearly Allah hears! There is no protector for them other than Allah. Allah has no partner in Allah’s dominion.”

Tafsir
Allah knows best how long Ashab al-Kahf stayed asleep in the cave. Even if people are correct in their guesses, they cannot know how long these young people who remain asleep and then are awakened by Allah's permission, i.e. years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds.
Allah created these worlds with a program and everything was created as a result of a program. In this respect, the creation, life and extinction of all beings depend on a program. In this respect, Ashab al-Kahf's sleep was on a schedule, and Allah knows best the timing of it.
Allah created the heavens and the earth. The secret and knowledge of this creation and creation out of nothing is reserved for Allah (swt). When He says the secret knowledge of the heavens and the earth, He means that whatever He has created, from the mote to the sphere, the knowledge of it is in His Essence, and Allah knows what He has created, where He has created it and why He has created it. The servants created by Allah cannot know this. If Allah had revealed the knowledge of the secret of creation to human beings, He would have created a being equal to His Essence. Therefore, all creatures are in need of Allah, since they do not know the secret of Allah's creation and why He created them.
When he says that Allah's seeing and hearing are marvelous, he means that Allah has created all beings within the framework of a knowledge and a program. Wherever there is a desire and a desire for movement in all these beings, Allah knows and sees it. Because all these created beings, magnetic or anti-magnetic substances, the nuclei in the atoms of their elements, have electrodes with plus and minus charges. All these electrodes are in motion around their axis. By this movement of these electrodes, Allah (swt) makes them recite the remembrance of His Essence. He proves to people that there is no other god but Allah. Only Allah knows the secret of the creation of the verse (The heavens and the earth and all that is between them know the remembrance of their Lord). In addition, by programming them in frequencies and by having the receiver of these frequencies in His Being, the desires, wishes and stirrings of His creations are presented to Allah, just like the signal that a Morse code sends somewhere. In this respect, it is astonishing that Allah sees and hears the state of the universe He has created, from the mote to the sphere, and everything in between. No capacity of intellect other than Allah (swt) can comprehend this knowledge, nor is it possible for humans to comprehend this capacity of intellect with their own intellect. In this respect, it is astonishing.
The creatures, the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, have no ruler except Allah. Because Allah is the only God and He has proved that there is no other God but Allah through His knowledge over all His creation.
By proving to every rational person that there is no other deity other than Allah, He has revealed to mankind through His Verses that He is the absolute power and sovereign over His creation and that He does not associate anyone with His creation.
Allah is perfect. If there were any other deity other than Allah, one would take what He created and the other would take what He created, and there would be chaos. In this respect, just as there is no double ruler at the head of any state, Allah, as the ruler of His creation, does not want to introduce another ruler. In this respect, He is perfect in that He created the worlds complete, perfect, that is, solid and complete. Because Allah is merciful and compassionate. He is perfect! He has knowledge. He is compassionate and merciful to His creatures. If there had been another God, if that Creator had been harsh and harsh towards the creatures of the other Creator, if He had been unjust, there would have been conflict between the two of them and there would have been chaos.
In this respect, Allah does not associate anyone with His sovereignty. He is one in His Essence, eternal and everlasting. All creatures other than Him are mortal. Since human beings are held accountable to the Essence of Allah, they will be held to account on the Day of Judgment by Allah, who is one in His sovereignty.

Surah Al-Kahf, verse 26: Say, Allah knows best how long they stayed. The hidden knowledge of the heavens and the earth belongs to Him. His seeing and His hearing are both astonishing. They – those in the heavens and on earth – have no ruler other than Him. He makes no one a partner in His sovereignty. Yes, now, would a sultan, the ruler of a state, come under the rule of another state? Would he? Every state has a ruler, has a form of state. Likewise Allah Almighty is the ruler of this universe, its sole owner, its sole creator. He does not want what He has created to come under anyone's rule. Yes, how long the Companions of the Cave stayed asleep in the cave, the reckoning of that Allah knows best.
Even if people are right in their estimates, how long these youths who slept and then, by Allah's leave, were awakened stayed asleep, that is, with its years, months, days, hours, minutes and seconds, they cannot know. Allah Almighty created these worlds with a program. Everything was created as the result of a program. Therefore the coming into being, the life and the passing away of all beings are bound to a program. Therefore, since the sleep of the Companions of the Cave was also bound to a program, Allah knows best how long it lasted. Allah created the heavens and the earth. The secret and the knowledge of this creating, of bringing into being from nothing, belong to Allah Almighty alone.
When it says "the hidden knowledge of the heavens and the earth": whatever He created, from the particle to the globe, the knowledge of it is in His essence; Allah knows what He created where and why He created it. The servants Allah created cannot know this. Had Allah made the secret and knowledge of creation known to people, He would have created a being equal to His essence. That is why, since all created beings cannot know Allah's secret of creation and why He creates, all created beings are in need of Allah. When it says Allah Almighty's seeing and hearing are astonishing: Allah Almighty created all beings within a knowledge and a program.
Wherever in all these existing things there is a movement, a desire or a wish, Allah knows it and sees it. Because in all these created beings, of magnetic or anti-magnetic substances, the nuclei in the atoms of their elements have positively and negatively charged electrodes. All these electrodes are moving around their own axes. Through these movements of theirs, Allah Almighty makes them remember Him. He proves to people that there is no other god besides Allah. Of the verse: The heavens and the earth and what is between them know the remembrance of their Lord. Only Allah knows the secret of creation.
Moreover, through their being programmed within frequencies and the universal receiver of these frequencies being in His essence, just like a signal that Morse code sends somewhere, the desires and wishes, the stirrings of His creatures are presented to Allah. Therefore, in every particle of the universe Allah created, from every particle to the globe, whatever there is, His seeing and hearing the state of all of it is astonishing. Just as no intellectual capacity other than Allah Almighty's can attain this knowledge, this capacity cannot be grasped by people with their own minds either. In this respect, too, it is astonishing.
The created beings, the heavens and the earth and what is between the two, have no ruler other than Allah. Because Allah is one; that there is no other god besides Allah He has proven with knowledge in everything He created. By proving to everyone with reason that there is no other god besides Allah's essence, that He is the absolute power and sovereign of His creatures, that He makes no one a partner in what He has created, He has thus declared this to people through His verses. Allah is perfect; had there been another god besides Allah, one would take what it created and the other what it created, and everything would sink into corruption.
Therefore, just as no state has two rulers at its head, Allah too, as the ruler of His creatures, does not want to bring in another ruler between. Therefore He is perfect in creating the worlds flawlessly, firmly, that is soundly, and completely. Because Allah is the One full of mercy and compassion. He is perfect, possesses knowledge, is tender and merciful towards His creatures. If there had been another Allah, and that one, as a creator, towards the Creator's creatures had acted harshly and severely, had committed injustice, a dispute would arise between the two and everything would sink into corruption.
Therefore Allah makes no one a partner in His sovereignty. He is one in His essence. He is without beginning and without end, everlasting. All created beings besides Him are transient. Since people are addressed by Allah's essence, on the Day of Judgment, by Allah, who alone holds sovereignty, they will be called to account.
