Tafsir
People write Books and tell stories based on hearsay words written or said by each other. However, by saying, "Read what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord," Allah (swt) wants to guide people to the truth and the truth with the true words of Allah (swt), by shedding light in front of people with the true words of Allah (swt).
Therefore, it is necessary to read the word of Allah and learn the truth. Continuing with the verse (There is no one who can change His words), Allah revealed the Holy Qur'an. They cannot destroy the Holy Qur'an by changing a single letter, a single point or the meaning of a verse. Because Allah Himself is the guardian of the Qur'an until the Day of Judgment.
Allah is the Creator of the worlds and the Ruler of His creation. Since all creation is dependent on Allah (swt), those who fall into the error of tampering with His Verses or changing their meanings, those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, cannot find a refuge other than Allah (swt). Because Allah is the owner of all creation. In the Hereafter, those who are deprived of Allah's mercy will be alone and desolate. Then they will be subjected to an everlasting painful torment.

Surah Al-Kahf, verse 27. Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord. There is none who can change His words. And you will find no refuge other than Him. Recite the Book of the Owner of the worlds, it says. There is none who will change His words. Why? Because: We sent down the Quran, We are its guardian until the Day of Judgment. In not a single letter of it is either distortion or (?) made, says Allah Almighty. Yes.
Yes.
Surah Al-Kahf, verse 27: Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord. There is none who can change His words. And you will find no refuge other than Him. With hearsay words that they have written or said to one another, people write books and tell stories. Whereas Allah Almighty, by saying "Recite what has been revealed to you from the Book of your Lord", with Allah's true words, holding up a light before people, wants with His verses to guide people to what is right and to the truth. So it is necessary to read Allah's word and learn what is right. Continuing the verse, by saying "there is none who can change His words": the Quran Allah sent down. Changing the dot of a single letter of it or the meaning of a verse, such a distortion they cannot make in the Quran.
Because We are the guardian of the Quran until the Day of Judgment. It is Allah Himself.
Allah is the creator of the worlds and the sovereign of His creatures. Since all existence is in need of Allah Almighty, those who fall into such heedlessness as distorting His verses or changing their meanings, those who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, find no refuge other than Allah. Because Allah is the owner of all created beings. Those deprived of Allah's mercy in the Hereafter remain there alone and forsaken. Then they were left to an eternal, painful punishment. With the verses of Allah Almighty, people have raised hafizes of the Quran. The hafizes have spread across the earth.
As long as these hafizes remain, and also Allah's verses – our Lord – as long as He is their owner, as long as He is their protector, no one can make any change in them.
