What is said in the video
Surah Al-Kahf, verse 67.
He said: Truly, you cannot be patient with me. Why can't he be patient? Well, I come and slap someone. 'Is that fitting for you? You slapped the man!' He doesn't know the event behind it, so of course you can't be patient. He doesn't know what lies behind it. Yes. Khidr (peace be upon him) said to Moses (peace be upon him): you cannot be patient with me. That is: in the face of the strange things I do, keeping your calm to see the end of the matter — you cannot be patient enough for that, he said. Yes.
