Tafsir
The polytheists and disbelievers who associate partners with Allah want to get information about Zulqarnayn from the Prophet (SAW). In order to test whether the Prophet (SAW) was a Prophet or not, they asked Zulqarnayn to inform them.
In response to these people, those who wanted to know about Zulqarnayn, Allah (swt) revealed to the Prophet (s.a.w.) that I will give you information about Zulqarnayn, I will tell you some memories from his past, and you read them well to those who ask you.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Kahf, verse 83: My Messenger, they ask you about Dhul-Qarnayn. Say: I will recite to you an account of him. Yes, did the Prophet live in the time of Dhul-Qarnayn? Well, as Allah Almighty showed the Prophet the situation of Dhul-Qarnayn and made it known, in the same way the Prophet, with verses, has made known to us the situation of Dhul-Qarnayn in the verses. He made it known in the Quran. So, if they ask about Dhul-Qarnayn, say: I will recite to you an account of him. That is, Allah Almighty has made the Prophet alive. In this world and the hereafter, the Prophet is alive. Therefore Allah Almighty showed the Prophet some events that would happen in the world.
For example, he (?), you see, where? Before even coming into the world, the deeds of the prophets in past times he (?). Yes.
The polytheists who associate partners with Allah and the disbelievers, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), want to obtain information about Dhul-Qarnayn. To test whether the Prophet (peace be upon him) is a prophet or not, they ask to be told about Dhul-Qarnayn. So, to these people, those wanting to learn about Dhul-Qarnayn, Allah Almighty says to the Prophet (peace be upon him) by revelation: about Dhul-Qarnayn I will give you information. I will tell you some accounts from his past. And recite these nicely to those who ask you.
