Translation
On that Day (of Judgment) We will leave them while they shake and hit each other. The Trumpet will be blown, and We will have them all summoned.
Tafsir
When the Hour comes, all these worlds, the earth and the galaxies and the stars in the heavens will be separated from each other and will begin to slide in the void. Due to friction, galaxies and stars will flow like molten metal. The heavens and the earth and all that is between them will perish as they crash into each other and churn. Not a single living thing will be left.
Then the Sur will be blown before Allah creates again. The meaning of Sur here is that Allah (swt) will create His creation a second time. And when He says that He will recreate His creations in their entirety, He means that He will recreate what He created from the past to the future in its entirety. It is the gathering of the human being back into the presence of the whole, body and soul.
What is said in the video
99. Surah Al-Kahf, verse 99: On that day, on the Day of Judgment, you will see that We have left them, colliding with one another, in a surging state. And the Trumpet has been blown, and so We have gathered them all together. When the Last Day comes, all these worlds, the earth and the galaxies, the stars in the heavens will separate from one another and begin to drift through the void. From the friction, the galaxies and stars will flow like molten metal. Colliding with one another and surging, the heavens and the earth and what is between them will perish. Not a single living being will remain.
Then, before Allah creates again, the Trumpet will be blown. The meaning of the Trumpet here is Allah Almighty creating His creatures a second time. So His saying "His creatures all together" means, from first to last, whatever He created from first to last, He creates again (?). And man, it means, He gathers again wholly, with soul and body, in His presence.
