Translation

They are the ones whose eyes had a veil over My Dhikr (Remembrance of Allah) and they could not withstand hearing it.

Tafsir

People who disbelieve in Allah and the Hereafter, those who indulge in their own desires, are rebellious against the commands and prohibitions of Allah (swt). They do not fulfill Allah's commands and they mock Allah and His Messengers. They used to take Allah's Verses lightly and deny them. Such people are alone with their own nafs and their devils, and they do not recognize any commandment other than their own, according to the verse (Have you not seen him who has made his nafs an idol). Such people not only do not want to see the remembrance of Allah, that is, the Holy Qur'an, but they are even disturbed by its very existence and become depressed.

When Verses of the Holy Qur'an of Allah (swt) are recited, such people cannot even bear to listen to them. They leave the place where the verses of the Holy Quran are recited.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Kahf, verse 101. Those whose eyes were under a veil from My remembrance, and who could not bear to hear either. (?), because there is denial and rebellion in their hearts, because there is denial and rebellion in their hearts, when they hear the word of Allah, our Lord says the following: Out of their hatred and their (?) they come to the point where the clouds in the sky would crack, He says. Those whose eyes were under a veil from My remembrance. And who could not bear to hear either. When they hear the word of Allah Almighty, they look for a hole to escape into. Or they want to leave that place.

Now, to what? Which verse? Because the verses always confirm one another, the verses support one another. It says: There is a veil over their eyes and a heaviness in their ears. And their hearts are sealed. People who deny Allah and the Hereafter, those devoted to the desires of their nafs, are in rebellion against the commands and prohibitions of Allah Almighty. Not only do they not carry out Allah's commands, they also mock Allah and His Messenger. They would make light of Allah's verses and deny them. Such people are alone with their own nafs and their devils. According to the verse (?), they recognise no command other than their own commands.

Just as such people do not want to see the remembrance of Allah, that is, the Holy Quran, they are even disturbed by its very existence and fall into distress. When verses of Allah Almighty's Holy Quran are recited, such people cannot even bear to listen to these verses. They leave the place where the verses of the Holy Quran are recited. Yes.
