Al-Kahf 110: Say; “Verily, I am only a human being like you. But it is revealed to me that your God is the only one God, Allah! Now, those who hope to reach their Lord shall commit righteous deeds (salih deeds) and shall not associate any partners while worshipping their Lord.”

Translation

Say; “Verily, I am only a human being like you. But it is revealed to me that your God is the only one God, Allah! Now, those who hope to reach their Lord shall commit righteous deeds (salih deeds) and shall not associate any partners while worshipping their Lord.”

Tafsir

Allah (swt), addressing His Prophet Habib-i Kibriya, Hatemul Anbiya, Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh), in fact addressing all human beings; Say; (I am only a human being like you) Since Allah (swt) has not created any being equal to His Essence, and Hazrat Muhammad (pbuh) is incomplete and faulty against the Essence of Allah (swt), say that I am a human being like you.

However, it has been revealed to me by Allah that your God is one God. Allah, the Creator of the worlds, is one. There is no deity other than Him. He has absolute power over His property.

(So whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do good deeds and associate nothing in the worship of his Lord) All of Allah's creatures are dependent on Allah. In this case, man has been created honorable. Apart from other creatures, he has been given a good intellect. If people, despite their ability to distinguish between good and evil, incline towards Allah's creatures and seek help from them and forget Allah, they are committing polytheism against Allah. If they seek help from Allah's creatures instead of praising and worshipping Him, they will be subjected to Allah's punishment. But whoever believes that there is no other god besides Allah, and does not associate with Allah any of His creatures in their worship of Allah, they too will be rewarded by Allah.

Surah Al-Kahf, verse 110. Say: I am only a human being like you. Allah Almighty, addressing the Prophet (peace be upon him), says: Say. I am only a human being like you. What is a human being? Someone who lives in this world and in the end will taste death is a human being, and because we were created deficient, there is fallibility, the human attribute. We have the attribute of fallibility. You know, the Prophet (peace be upon him) came as a mercy to the worlds. He is complete compared to the worlds, but since he is deficient compared to Allah Almighty, he too is a human being. Yes.

Say: I am only a human being like you. Except that it is revealed to me that your god is only one God. So whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do good deeds and associate nothing in the worship of his Lord.

Say: I am only a human being like you. Except that it is revealed to me that your god is only one God. So whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do good deeds and associate nothing in the worship of his Lord. Allah Almighty, addressing the Beloved of the Almighty, the Seal of the Prophets, Muhammad (peace be upon him),

and in fact addressing all people, says: Say, I am only a human being like you. Since Allah Almighty created no being equal to His essence, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), too, being deficient and fallible compared to the essence of Allah Almighty, says: I too am a human being like you. Except that it is revealed to me by Allah Almighty that your god is one single God. Allah, who created the worlds, is one. There is no god but Him. He has absolute power over His dominion. He... If there is no god but Him: La ilahe illallah. Yes. So whoever hopes to meet his Lord, let him do good deeds and associate nothing with his Lord in worship. All the beings Allah created are in need of Allah. Thus, man was created honorable. Unlike the other creatures, he was given a fine mind. Although people can tell good from evil, they incline toward what Allah created and come to seek help from them.

Yes. To Allah Almighty... if they seek help from them and forget Allah, they have associated partners with Allah. Where they should praise and glorify Allah Almighty and worship Him, if they seek help from what Allah created, they become subject to Allah's punishment. But whoever believes that there is no other god besides Allah, if in their worship of Allah they do not associate Allah's creatures with Allah, they will attain Allah's rewards.
