Translation

And certainly, We will turn everything therein to dust.

Tafsir

People who value the world will not be able to take an iota of the world to the Hereafter, and in the Hereafter, the world will be rolled up like an old rag and thrown into Hell. The world will be a dry earth in Hell with its contents. The world, which people value so much, and which they have ravaged each other with, and which they have gone to each other's destruction, will become a useless piece of land.

The world is but an ornament and adornment in this world of the unseen, to fulfill the covenant that people have made with Allah (swt) while they live on it, and to keep themselves as witnesses to Allah (swt) and those around them. If these ornaments and adornments are earned and spent for the sake of Allah, in the way of Allah, and if they are spent in jihad with their wealth, then you have transferred this world to the Hereafter, and you have bought Paradise in exchange for it.

What is said in the video

The 8th verse of Surah Al-Kahf. "And indeed We will surely make everything on it bone-dry soil," it says. The seasons come. Spring, summer, autumn, winter. In autumn everything dries up. Winter, too, is completely bone-dry. In spring the ground sprouts again. With this, Allah Almighty says: this is how We revive the dead too. This world is a likeness and a shadow of the hereafter. Just as people who value the world cannot take a single atom of the world into the hereafter, in the hereafter the world will be rolled up like an old rag and thrown into hell. So the world, together with what is in it, will become bone-dry soil in hell. The world that people value so much, for which they burn and scorch one another and go as far as destroying one another, will become a useless piece of soil.

The world, only while people live on it, so that they fulfill the covenants they gave to Allah Almighty and hold themselves as witnesses before those around them and before Allah, is, in this hidden realm, an ornament and adornment. If this ornament and adornment is earned and spent for Allah, in the way of Allah, if jihad is made with one's wealth, one has transferred the world to the realm of the hereafter, and in return one has bought paradise. And here, too, what does Allah Almighty say? Those who buy paradise with their wealth and their lives. Yes, in the verse.
