No! We will write what he said and prolong his punishment.
Tafsir
Knowing that people who do not believe in Allah and the Hereafter, who usurp people's rights and law, who say, "When you are resurrected in the Hereafter, I will have wealth and property, then I will give you your wealth", who mock people, will not believe in Allah in this world, Allah says, "I will write down their sins". He also says, "We will write down what he says", indicating that the sins of such people will not be forgiven.
Allah (swt) writes the sins and rewards of all people, past and future. Allah (swt) says in His Verse (Fe man ya'mel miskala zerratin hayran yerah. And men ya'mel miskala zerratin sharran yerah) We will write a miskal particle of good and a miskal particle of evil. So, even if there seems to be a contradiction between these two verses, with the verse (We will write down what he says), will there be those who are not written down when others sin? A question like this may arise in one's mind.
If you pay attention to what we wrote at the end of the first paragraph, we say: "Allah, knowing that they will not believe in Him in this worldly realm, says that He will write down their sins; He declares that the sins of such people will not be forgiven. To expand on what we said.
Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful. Allah writes down all good and evil deeds. Then if a person regrets his evil deeds and repents, Allah will forgive them their sins. Allah (swt) wants to remind people of this subtle point. He says, "If you regret your evil deeds and repent, We will forgive your sins. However, those who betrayed Allah (in the address "Elestu bi Rabbikum"), those who do not recognize Allah as Lord, those whose will is written for them as destiny, even if they do good deeds in return for the sins they committed in the worldly realm, as long as they deny Allah and go to the Hereafter not believing in Allah and the Hereafter, all their good deeds are wasted. And there is no force that can prevent their punishment. When Allah (swt) made a covenant with such people in the past, He knew that they would not repent of their sins, so He says that He will not forgive their sins and We will write down their sins.
What is said in the video
Surah Maryam, verse 79. Certainly not, that is, We made no such thing known. Certainly people do not know the unseen either, it says. We will write down what he says and We will prolong his punishment ever more, it says, his punishment. According to what? According to his sin. Yes. Not believing in Allah and the hereafter, moreover usurping people's rights and dues, saying "when I am resurrected in the hereafter I will have wealth and property, then I will give you your money" — Allah, knowing that people who mock others like this will not, in this world, believe in His Being, says: I will write down their sins.
He writes anyway. On our right shoulder those who write our good deeds, on our left shoulder those who write sins — there are the Kiramen Katibin angels.
Moreover, His saying "We will write down what he says" makes known that the sins of such people will not be forgiven.
Allah Almighty writes the past and future, the sins and good deeds of all people. Allah Almighty, in His verse: Fe men ya'mel miskâle zerratin hayran yerah Ve men ya'mel miskâle zerratin şerran yerah. Yes, He says.
So it may look like a contradiction between these two verses, and with the verse "We will write down what he says", I wonder, when others sin, will there also be those that are not written? Such a question may stick in a person's mind. If we pay attention to our writing at the end of the first paragraph, we say this: Allah, who knows they will not believe in His Being in this world, saying "I will write down their sins" makes known that there will be no forgiveness for the sins of such people, we said. If we explain what we said, Allah Almighty is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful. Allah writes all the good and evil that is done.
Then if a person regrets the evils he has done and repents, Allah forgives them their sins. Because Allah Almighty wants to remind people of this subtle point: "If you regret the evils you have done and repent, We will forgive your sins", He says. However, in the realm of the hereafter, before even coming to the world, those who betrayed Allah, those who did not recognize Allah as Lord, those for whom their wishes were written as destiny — even if, in return for the sins they commit in the world, they do good and charity, as long as they deny Allah and go to the hereafter without believing in Allah and the hereafter, all the good deeds they did have gone to waste. And there is no power that can prevent their punishment.
So, since Allah Almighty, when He made the covenant with such people beforehand, knew that for their sins they would not repent, making known that He will not forgive their sins, He says: We will write down their sins. And here again it makes known how forgiving, how merciful Allah Almighty is. Why? He forgives Muslims the sins they have committed, and because they, for Allah's sake, did not give up on Allah, He also declares that He will erase their sins.
