Translation

Then, We Said: “Oh Adam, verily, this is an enemy for you and your wife. (Be careful) that he does not bring you out of the Paradise. Then, you will tire and toil.”

Tafsir

Allah (swt) advised our Prophet Adam with this Ayat-i Kerime. When He says in the one hundred and fifteenth Ayat-i-Karimah above; (And certainly We had admonished Adam before), it means that when Adam was created, there was no before, and this first event that occurred after his creation, when the angels prostrated and Iblis did not prostrate, this first event that occurred with the angels prostrating and Iblis not prostrating, this situation had already happened before. Allah (swt) informs our ancestor Adam of this situation. He informs him of his friend and enemy. Allah says: "We do not hold anyone to account for anything that We do not announce.

Allah (swt) explained everything indirectly to our father Adam. He said, "Do not let the Evil One trap you and drive you out of Paradise, but if you do not listen to my advice and follow Iblis, then I will send you to another realm outside Paradise, where you will be tired and troubled.

To be tired is for people in the guise of the body to work and get tired in order to eat and drink.

In distress, people who do not know the next moment experience many events in their destiny. Because they don't know what their end will be, people get depressed. They feel sad and distressed.

Allah (swt) created these worlds with a program, He knows who will do what and when it will happen. Allah (swt) has not created anything by chance and has not left anything to chance. Allah (swt) revealed to our ancestor Adam a vague part of the programs that would happen to him. However, since it was going to happen, our ancestor Adam forgot Allah's advice. And since the angel deceived our ancestor Adam, our ancestor Adam, forgetting Allah's advice, said, 'Allah, we did not find any determination in Adam.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse one hundred and seventeen; thereupon We said: O Adam, this is a great enemy both to you and to your wife, so let him not drive you out of Paradise, for then you would toil and suffer hardship. Thus Allah Almighty advised our forefather Adam with this verse. Above, in verse 115, the saying "We had indeed admonished Adam before" — since there was no "before" when Adam (peace be upon him) was created, that is, since there was no "before", this first event after he was created, which came about through the angels prostrating and Iblis not prostrating, becomes the situation of "before".

It is about this situation that Allah Almighty informs our forefather Adam. He makes known to him his friend and his enemy. Allah Almighty — "We do not call anyone to account for anything We have not made known" — knows this. Allah Almighty explained everything to our father Adam indirectly. Namely: "(?) let him not set a trap for you and drive you out of Paradise; if you do not listen to My advice and follow Iblis, then I will send you to another world outside Paradise, where you will toil and suffer hardship," He said.

Let us explain His earlier word here a little more. His earlier word, well: Allah Almighty's — of Adam, the first created — after the prostration, Adam's entering Paradise after the prostration, entering Paradise, and before he entered Paradise His making him a promise, giving him advice, is the first. There is nothing before it. That is why He says "before". That is, at his first creation. But for us, if it is "before", what does it mean? Before our life, before, before, before, before — but which "before"? But with our forefather Adam, when He says "before", at his first creation the first word He spoke is the "before".

Yes. As for hardship, man, not knowing what comes a moment later, lives through many events within his destiny. Because they do not know how things will end, people fall into distress. They grieve and suffer hardship. Allah Almighty created these worlds according to a program. He knows who will do what, and what will happen when. Allah Almighty created nothing by chance, and left nothing to chance. Of the programs that would befall our forefather Adam, Allah Almighty made known to him a veiled part. But since what is to happen will happen, our forefather Adam forgets Allah Almighty's advice. And since the accursed one deceived our forefather Adam, about our forefather Adam, who forgot Allah Almighty's advice, Allah Almighty said: "We found no resolve in Adam, in Adam" — so He said. Now here, Allah Almighty, certainly, when He created Adam — "he will stay in this Paradise, well, Adam will not err and leave this Paradise" — is not in such ignorance. Why does Allah Almighty put him in there? Why does He send him to the world?

First, before sending him to the world, He binds him within (?). For example, Paradise is forbidden to the unbelievers. Well now, whereas all souls could have entered Paradise and come from Paradise, since entering Paradise is forbidden to unbelievers — well then, if our forefather Adam had stayed there, those from his loins would have stayed there too; there would be Paradise, Hell, that is, worldly life not here but in Paradise, Hell there, that is, we would have lived in Paradise; those who (?) would have gone from there to Hell. Yet would one who goes to Paradise play out his destiny there once more?

Would he change it? What would happen? It would be a separate world. In a separate world, man anew, with a zero memory, with his intellect (?), but with a zero memory; intellect (?), memory is there. Well, he will learn here, and the truth; as a result of his faith, as a result of his character, as a result of his covenant, the destiny he had had written he will play out. Yes.
