Translation

Then they ate from it. Then, their private parts appeared to them. They tried to cover themselves by paradise leaves. Thus, he rebelled and went astray.

Tafsir

Finally, when Hadrat Adam 'alaihis-salâm' ate from the tree that was shown to him by Satan and forbidden by Allah (swt), believing in the oath that Satan had made to him in Paradise, Adam 'alaihis-salâm' began to see his private parts. In this way, Satan did his enmity to our father Adam and caused him to leave Paradise.

When Adam 'alaihis-salâm' and our mother Eve ate from the forbidden tree and their modest parts became visible to them, they immediately tried to cover their modest parts with the leaves of Paradise.

In this way, they became rebels against Allah because they believed in Shaytan, forgetting the advice that Allah had given them. They have strayed from the right path. Whoever disobeys Allah's commands and prohibitions and leaves the path that Allah has shown, Allah, being just, will use His attribute of justice to give everyone his rightful place and position in full.

Verse 121 of Surah Ta-Ha. At last they ate of it. Thereupon their shameful parts became visible to them. They tried to cover themselves with the leaves of Paradise. Thus, forgetting the advice Allah Almighty had given them, because they believed Satan, they came to be in rebellion against Allah. They lost the right path. Whoever does not keep Allah's commands and prohibitions and abandons the path Allah showed — since Allah is just, using His attribute of justice, everyone sees the place he deserves and his rank (?).
