Tafsir
Allah (swt) has dealt with transgression and sent Prophets to those who pursue filthy deeds and deny Allah and the Hereafter, so that they may return to the Truth.
He sent Hadrat Lut 'alaihis-salâm' as a Prophet to his people. This people had left their women and were going to men with lust. Allah (swt) warned them of this situation and sent Hadrat Lot (peace be upon him) as a Prophet to remove their filth. Hadrat Lot was disgusted by what his people were doing. For this reason, he informed his people of Allah's command and gave them clear notices. He addressed his people as follows; O my people! Are you still going to commit that indecency in the open? Are you going to leave your women and approach men in lust? This is a great sin in the sight of Allah. He said, 'Fear Allah and obey me.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Naml, verse 54. "And We sent Lot as a prophet to his people." "And We sent Lot as a prophet to his people." He had said to his people: "Will you still commit that indecency with your eyes open?" The people of Lot had abandoned women and, Allah protect us, were homosexual, with men together. Immorality was knee-deep, no, not knee-deep, roof-high, it had spread everywhere. Allah Almighty is going to destroy them, that town, so He sends a warning. Whom? Lot. Lot was the cousin of Abraham (peace be upon him).
When Abraham was thrown into the fire, and he left there and set out toward Mecca, he takes Lot along with him. He leaves him there, in that town of Lot. He himself goes on to Mecca. Allah Almighty, to those who have given themselves up to transgression, who chase after filthy deeds, who deny Allah and the Hereafter, sent prophets so that they would return to the truth. Allah Almighty says in a verse: "Unless We send to the center of a people warners, We do not destroy that people," it says. What a beautiful thing it says. Yes.
He sent Lot (peace be upon him) to his people as a prophet too. This people had abandoned women and went to men with lust. In this situation, Allah Almighty, to warn this people and do away with their filth, sent Lot (peace be upon him) to them as a prophet. Lot was disgusted by what his people did. For this reason, he conveyed Allah's command to his people and made clear proclamations to them. He addressed his people like this: "O my people, will you still commit that indecency with your eyes open?" he said. That is, will you leave your women and approach men with lust? What you are doing is a great sin in the sight of Allah.
Fear Allah and obey me, he said.
