Al-Anbya 72: We bestowed Isaac to him (Abraham) and Jacob for more. They all were among the salih.

Translation

We bestowed Isaac to him (Abraham) and Jacob for more. They all were among the salih.

Tafsir

Because Hazrat Ibrahim 'alaihis-salâm' loved Allah (swt) very much and came of age at a young age, Allah (swt) honored Hazrat Ibrahim 'alaihis-salâm' and blessed him with a son, Hazrat Isaac 'alaihis-salâm', in his old age. He also bestowed upon him an extra son, Yakub. The sons that Allah (swt) gave to Hazrat Ibrahim were among the righteous.

Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 72. And We bestowed upon him, upon Abraham, Isaac and, as an additional gift, Jacob. All of them were among the righteous. Because Abraham (peace be upon him) loved Allah Almighty very much and (?), Allah Almighty (?) Abraham (peace be upon him) and, in his old age, bestowed on him a son, Isaac (peace be upon him).
