(People) have broken integrity of their matters (governance, religon) among each other. But all of them will return to Us.
Tafsir
People were divided into different religions and sects within these religions. They did not adopt the last religion sent by Allah, Islam, or the followers of this religion strayed away from it. They did not accept the complete governance of mankind and the punitive sanction of Allah on mankind. They departed from the laws of Allah by making laws based on their own intellect. They created separation and dissension among people. They also spread immorality, which Allah (swt) does not want to see on the earth, because of the vacuum of these laws or because of the evil ambitions and ideologies of individuals.
And if Allah proves His Essence in the above verses in an inevitable way, but man still resists Allah and does not adopt Allah's laws out of hatred and arrogance, but makes laws based on his own ego and satanic ideas, then surely one day the return will be to Allah.
On that inevitable day of reckoning, when people are gathered at the Judgment, when all the souls call their souls their souls, when the horrible noise of hell is heard, when people realize that Allah's promise is true and when people realize that they will be held to account for their actions in the world, they will find no helper or savior there. On that Day of Reckoning, they will be alone, abandoning the abode of eternal bliss and becoming the owners of the abode of eternal torment.
What is said in the video
Verse 93 of Surah Al-Anbiya. People broke, among themselves, the unity of the affairs of religion and state. Yet they will all return to Us. Yes. Those who run the state are unaware of religion. People who want to explain their religion to others are bound by superstitions. In that case people, among themselves, broke the unity of the affairs of religion and state. Yet all of them will be returned to Us, says Allah Almighty. In that case the world overpowers people. As for the hereafter, it is thrown behind people's backs; people living in (?), carrying on their lives with a dry faith. People split into separate religions, and these religions into sects.
They did not embrace Islam, the last religion Allah sent. Or the followers of this religion drifted away from their religion and were left without guidance. That people would be governed completely, and the punishment and (?) that Allah would apply to people, they did not accept. Making laws that their own minds showed them, they moved away from Allah's laws. They caused separation and divisions among people. Moreover, through the loopholes of these laws, or carried away by people's evil aims and ideologies, they spread the immorality that Allah Almighty does not want to see on earth. Yes. What if they stoned those who commit adultery?
What if they executed those who kill people? What if they cut off the arms of those who steal? Would these things ever happen? Look, one of them says it so well: A person who puts every matter to his own mind is like a legless man wearing an artificial leg. Something he did yesterday, he says, he sets out to change today.
Look, Allah in the verses above proves His being in an inescapable way, and yet man still digs in his heels against Allah Almighty. If, out of hatred and arrogance, they do not embrace Allah's laws but with their own nafs and satanic ideas pass laws, then surely one day the return, the return of this path, of this life, will one day be to Allah. Because every soul shall taste death. Yes. On that inescapable day of reckoning, when people are gathered at the place of assembly, when every soul says "myself, myself", at a time when the terrible roar of Hell is heard, when people understand that Allah's promise is true, and when people realize that they will be called to account for the deeds done in the world, there they can find neither a helper nor a rescuer.
On that day of reckoning they are left all alone; leaving the abode of eternal bliss, they become the inhabitants of the abode of eternal torment. Yes.
