Translation

Verily, Allah knows all that is said, either secretly or openly.

Tafsir

Allah is the Creator of the universe. He is the Creator of the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them and knows their state. Allah has not created anything beyond His power. In this respect, Allah is omnipotent.

So if Allah has created these worlds with a program, He is the One who knows what His creatures will do until the Day of Resurrection and what will happen where and when. If Allah were unaware of His creation, He would not be able to rule over His creation. In that case, Allah would be characterized with an incomplete attribute. If Allah is all-knowing, all-knowing and all-wise, then He knows what people talk about and will talk about, and He knows what is open and what is hidden.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Anbiya, verse 110: we have come to this verse. Indeed, Allah knows what is said openly, and He knows what you keep hidden. He also knows what passes through our hearts. In the most remote corner, all your feelings that you need but cannot know and the secrets of your heart, We know, He says. Allah Almighty is the creator of the universe. He is the One who created the heavens and the earth and what is between the two, and who knows their states. Allah has created nothing outside His eye. Therefore Allah has power over all things. So, if Allah created these worlds with a program, He is the One who knows what His creations will do until the Last Day, where and when what will happen.

If Allah had been unaware of His creations, He could not have enforced His rule over His creations. In that case Allah would be described with a deficient attribute. Since Allah is aware of everything, yes,

He who knows the essence of everything and is aware of everything would know what those people speak and what they will speak, both what is said openly and what is hidden.
