And there are some among people who argue against Allah without possessing knowledge, without having a guide and without having a Book of enlightenment.
Tafsir
Those who are enemies of Allah and His Messenger, those who made a bad covenant with Allah (swt) in Kalu Bela, when they made a covenant with Allah (swt), those who disbelieve in Allah (swt), their will is given to them as destiny. When they come to the realm of property, their nature makes them enemies of Allah.
When such people live in the realm of property, without any knowledge, without learning from any scholar, without reading any book, without any evidence, they start to fight against Allah. Even though they have no knowledge about Allah (swt), their nature makes them enemies of Allah (swt). They disbelieve in Allah by talking back and forth about Allah and fighting with people. Or those who accuse Allah according to their own minds, those people who are cruel to their nafs, accuse Allah of injustice and unfairness because Allah does not send laws according to their arbitrary desires and wishes. They turn their backs on Allah, accusing Him of incompleteness or backward thinking, because Allah did not know the arbitrary desires of these people, because Allah's knowledge is greater than theirs, because He did not send laws as they wanted.
It is evident from their lives that these people who, with complete thoughtlessness and conflicting feelings, accuse Allah of being deficient according to their own desires and wishes, even though they know Allah to be Allah, are in a state of restlessness and depression. For this reason, Allah (swt) says to such people in His verse, "Their hearts are restless and disorganized".
What is said in the video
We have come to verse 8 of Surah Al-Hajj.
And among people there is one who, without any knowledge, without any guide and without an enlightening book, enters into dispute about Allah. As for those hostile to Allah and His Prophet: those who, in pre-eternity at Kalû Belâ, having made a covenant with Allah Almighty, gave Allah Almighty a bad covenant, those who deny Allah – their wishes have been given to them as destiny. When they come to the realm of mulk, the innate nature in them makes them enemies of Allah. While such people live in the realm of mulk, without any knowledge, without learning any knowledge from any scholar, without reading any book, without any evidence in hand, they enter into dispute about Allah – while they have no knowledge about Allah Almighty, the innate nature in them makes them enemies of Allah.
When I say their innate nature here: that nature, the covenant it gave to Allah Almighty, the destiny written for it – that, nobody can change. Then, talking back and forth about Allah, disputing with people, they deny Allah, or those who blame Allah according to their own minds, these people unjust to their own selves – because Allah Almighty did not send laws according to their arbitrary wishes and desires, they, God forbid, accuse Allah of injustice and unfairness. Yes. Don't we see this today?
People don't like Allah's laws. They don't like the rulings of Sharia. They say civil law. Civil law. Mashallah. Look at civil law. A man steals. (?) or he does a little time and gets out, grabs millions and walks away. He'll take what he has no right to. This is civil law. He'll make money work through interest, won't he suck people's blood? He'll sell their property, take their money from their hands. This is civil law. He'll kill a man, and together with his men, with his lawyer, several lawyers or one lawyer, he'll (?) his injustice, with lies and tricks, the man with a few months in prison or without any prison at all, he'll make it go away – this is civil law.
Can there be such a law? If we are human, we are all equal. Among people there is no (?). Red, white, dark, whatever color they may be. A human is a human. Allah Almighty has a part in him. Every creature that carries that spirit, created – we too, we are creatures; I mean, when we say creature, don't compare us with other creatures. Allah Almighty says: We created you as eşref-i mahlukat. That is, We created you the most honorable of all created beings, He says. Yes, so these created beings, that is, people, are not superior to one another. They are not superior to one another. Superiority over one another lies in Allah's sight.
One is not governed by Allah's words and does not think by them. Its law and its ruling will be, on the Day of Resurrection, with Allah Almighty. Here in the world, our superiority over one another – you are superior to me, I am superior to you – there is no such claim. This exists only among the Freemasons, and the Freemasons are bound to one another by their superiority in a chain, and they, leaving Allah aside, among themselves, their carnal feelings satisfying – as I said before, becoming the head of the world, and themselves using these people as slaves for themselves. The (?) of Freemasonry.
Yes. So in this situation, since a slave has no authority, since he is at his owner's command, people here, in the name of civil law, for some indirect reasons, act superior to one another. Laws don't work against them. If it's civil law, as we said, they get their affairs, with their men and their money, sorted out. But Allah's law is not like that.
In (?) of the time, Fatih had the engineer's arm cut off, at the wrist. Why did he have it cut off? According to one narration, the engineer pours the concrete, lays the foundations and leaves. After he has been gone for some time, the engineer comes back – Jewish, Christian, whatever – saying you delayed this, he cuts off his wrist, and he takes him to court.
The judge says, why did you do this, asking the engineer; sir, there was water under it, he says, If I had built the building, the building would have cracked, he says. Since he was hasty with me, he says, for this building to crack, he says, and get into a worse state – for this, he says, to set as concrete in this water, he says, to be able to carry the building, he says, a lot of time was needed, he says. I disappeared for that long, he says. Now I've come to build it, he says. And this one, he says, didn't understand me and cut off my wrist, he says.
Upon this, it becomes clear that the engineer was right; Fatih's wrist is to be cut off too. Upon this, the Qadi rules that Fatih's wrist be cut off.
He is a sultan, a commander, he says, I do not consent to his wrist being cut off, he says. He did this to me, but I forgave him, he says; only let me be granted a salary for the rest of my life, he says. Upon this, they find this reasonable, a salary is granted to him, some money is given, he is appeased.
Fatih says to the judge: if, although I am the sultan, you had, because this is the sultan, failed to carry out Allah's command and given a wrong verdict, he says, with this sword of mine I would have cut off your head, he says.
Look, to the sultan's words the judge in turn says: if you too, he says, had opposed me – the chest I'm sitting on, he opens it, there's a lion facing him – I would have set this on you, he says.
Such people, people who carry the right, who know the right as right and submit to it – where is such a person now? Has the religion changed? No. Well, we changed, we did. It's we who have changed. Yes.
As if Allah had failed to know these people's whims, and as if these people's knowledge exceeded Allah's – since He did not send laws the way they want, they (?) Allah with equality or with the views of backward ages, and turn their backs on Allah.
Exactly this. With thoughtlessness and contradictory feelings, although they know Allah as Allah, according to their own wishes and desires these people who accuse Allah of deficiency – the unrest and depression they live in can be seen from their lives themselves. Therefore Allah Almighty, about such people, in His verses states: their hearts are restless and scattered.
