Translation

And thus, We have sent down the Qur’an as clear (and proclaimed) verses. Verily, those who wish, do attain Allah’s guidance.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) has sent His Verses in the Holy Qur'an in such a way that both the scholar and the ignorant person can understand them. All His Verses are clear and unambiguous. Therefore, no human being will be able to accuse Allah (swt) and say, "If only you had sent your Verses in such a way that I could understand them, I would have worshipped like those who read and understand your Book.

Whoever wished for Allah's guidance before Allah, i.e. at Kalu Bela, in the state of spirits, the Qur'an guides him as a guide and a source of guidance. And whoever disbelieves in Allah, the Holy Qur'an increases his disbelief and drives him away from Allah.

Since every soul is responsible to Allah (swt) for its own will, people will be held accountable for their deeds, i.e. their good deeds and sins. This is how Allah has made His Verses clear to mankind through His Holy Qur'an, so that every soul will be punished or rewarded for what it has earned with its own two hands.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 16 of Surah Al-Hajj. This is a verse that has been explained wrongly. Verse 16 of Surah Al-Hajj. Let's see where the mistake is. Where was it explained wrongly?

Surah Al-Mu'minun, Surah Al-Furqan, Surah An-Naml, Surah Al-Qasas.

Which verse? The sixteenth verse, yes. Here it is, thus — I'm reading the wrong one first: "Thus We sent down that Quran as clear verses; the truth is that Allah guides whomever He wills to the right path." Oh, how nice! Why did You send the verse then, if You lead whomever You will to the right path? I mean, who are You fooling? Are You fooling me? You create me destined for hell, and say: "I am sending down to you the Quran, the verses, to the world, to all people." Since You created me for hell, You will anyway lead whomever You will to the right path through this. And me You will throw into hell.

Allah discriminated among His servants. And finally man rebelled against Allah.

"Thus We sent down that Quran as clear verses. The truth is that whoever wills attains Allah's guidance." Whoever wills. Not whomever Allah wills. Allah does not (?) among His servants and become unjust. Allah loves His servants so much. He wants all of them to be saved. That is why He sent the verse, the Quran, as a mercy to the worlds. Allah Almighty sent His verses in the Holy Quran in a way that both the scholar and a person without knowledge would understand. All His verses are clear and plain. Therefore no person, blaming Allah Almighty — "If in a way that I too could understand You had sent Your verses, I too, reading Your book like those who understood it, would have worshipped" — will be able to say that. Why?

What does Allah Almighty say in the verse? A mosquito or (?) — We do not refrain from bringing it. In a way every mind can understand, We, it says, this thing, make the verses clear and plain to people, it says. Yes. Whoever earlier asked Allah — that is, at Qalu Bala, while in the realm of spirits — for Allah's guidance, for him the Quran is a guide and a source of guidance and brings the person to guidance. And whoever denied Allah, the Quran, the Holy Quran, by increasing this person's disbelief, distances him from Allah. Since Allah Almighty knows this anyway, He says the Quran increases the believer's faith and the disbeliever's disbelief.

Yes. How beautifully the verses all support one another. Since every soul is responsible to Allah Almighty through its own will, people, for the acts they willed into being, that is, for their good deeds and sins, will be called to account. Thus Allah, with His Holy Quran, makes His verses clear and plain to people, and every soul, in return for what its own two hands earned, will either be punished or rewarded.
