Translation

Such it is. Those who are respectful towards Allah’s laws, it is due to the abstinence of their hearts.

Tafsir

Allah (swt) says in the previous verse that this is the case, i.e. whoever does not believe in Allah and the Hereafter and turns away from Allah, these people will feel lonely and desolate. Such people become selfish and greedy. They think of no one but themselves and do not hesitate to plot for their own interests. That is why their hearts are scattered and restless.

And whoever respects the rulings of Allah, it is from the Taqwa of the hearts. The Prophet (PBUH) said in one of his hadiths, "deeds depend on intentions". In this respect, people who are devoted to Allah, who are believers, who pay attention to Allah's commands and prohibitions, who abstain from the lawful and unlawful, who protect the orphan and the orphaned, who help the stranded and the needy, who tolerate Allah's creatures for Allah's sake, and who are patient with the calamities that befall them, such people will be heirs of Allah's mercy and inheritors of the paradise, the eternal home of bliss in the hereafter. It is because of the taqwa of their hearts that they have attained the mercy of Allah by acting in this way.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Hajj, the 32nd verse. That is how it is: whoever honors Allah's rulings, surely this is from the piety of the hearts, it says.

So Allah Almighty also stated in the previous verse that this is how it is, that is: whoever does not believe in Allah and the hereafter and turns their faces away from Allah, these people, in loneliness and (?), feel that they have no one. Such people become selfish and greedy. They think of no one but themselves and, for their own interests, do not shy away from plotting every kind of intrigue. For this reason, their hearts are scattered and restless. And whoever honors Allah's rulings, this is from the piety of the hearts. The Prophet (peace be upon him) says in one of his hadiths that deeds depend on intentions. In this respect, people who have given their hearts to Allah and believed, who have faith, those who heed Allah's commands and prohibitions, who hold fast to the lawful and the forbidden, yes, who protect the fatherless and the motherless, who help the stranded traveler and those in need, who tolerate Allah's creations for Allah's sake, if they are patient with the misfortunes that befall them, such people, attaining Allah's mercy, become in the hereafter the heirs of the eternal abode of bliss, His gardens of Paradise.

It is from the piety of their hearts that, by behaving this way, they attain Allah's mercy.
