Translation
There are some benefits in them (sacrificed animals) until a determined time. Then, their destination is until (they reach) the old house (Kaaba).
Tafsir
Allah (swt) says that there are benefits for mankind from sacrificial animals, both cattle and sheep, up to a certain period of time. By a certain period of time, he means the lifetime of humans, and humans benefit from these animals during their lifetime. The meat, skin and milk of these animals are utilized, and they are also used for carrying loads and as riding animals. For example, an animal such as a camel is utilized for its meat, milk, and skin, as well as serving and being utilized by humans as a beast of burden and as a riding animal.
(Then their destination is as far as the old house (the Ka'bah)). Then when they are sacrificed to Allah by Muslims, their flesh and blood do not reach Allah. Only the piety of the hearts reaches Allah. So when Muslims sacrifice on Eid al-Adha, no matter where in the world they sacrifice, Allah accepts their sacrifices as if they were sacrificed in the Ka'bah. And the destination and the final destination of these animals is up to the Ka'bah. In other words, they will be resurrected in the Hereafter, and they will disappear after taking their rights from each other.
What is said in the video
The 33rd verse of Surah Al-Hajj. In them, in the sacrificial animals, there are for you, until an appointed term, certain benefits. Then their destination, where they end, is up to the Ancient House, the Kaaba. Up to the Ancient House, the Kaaba. Now, you know, some think they will ride this animal on the Sirat bridge and cross the Sirat bridge. Well, let me tell you, or that the animal will intercede for him there and save him. Allah Almighty says its destination is up to the Ancient House, that is, the Kaaba; the meat. Your piety reaches Me, He says. Allah Almighty declares that from the sacrificial small and large livestock, for people, until an appointed term, there are benefits. That is, there are advantages, He declares.
By this appointed term He means people's lifetimes; people, within their lifetimes, benefit from these animals. Just as their meat, hide and milk are used, they are also used for carrying loads and as riding animals. For example, an animal like the camel: just as the animal's meat, milk and hide are used, it also serves people in carrying loads and as a riding animal and is used by people. Then their destination, where they end, is up to the Ancient House, the Kaaba. Then, when they are sacrificed to Allah by Muslims, their meat and blood do not reach Allah. Only the piety of the hearts reaches Allah.
So when Muslims slaughter sacrifices at the Feast of Sacrifice, wherever in the world these sacrifices are slaughtered, Allah accepts the sacrifices people slaughter as if they had been slaughtered at the Kaaba. So the destination and final stop of these animals is also up to the Kaaba. That is, in the hereafter they will be resurrected and, after taking their rights from one another, they will vanish.
