Translation

They are the ones whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned. They show patience towards that which comes upon them. They establish the prayer and spend (for the path of Allah) from what We have given to them as provision.

Tafsir

The people of faith who believe in Allah and the Hereafter, the people who are ruled by piety, the people who are in a state of piety, are those who are in a state of awe of Allah, and when Allah is mentioned, their hearts tremble, their hearts are delighted, and their hearts overflow like a fountain. These are the people who have surrendered to Allah from the heart and know Allah closely and keep Him alive in their hearts. Such people, in order to gain Allah's pleasure and to endear themselves to Allah, look out for the servants of Allah and give from the sustenance Allah has given them to those in need for the sake of Allah. They continue their worship, praying and fasting. They are patient with the calamities that befall them, saying that this is a test for me. They consent to what comes from Allah and do not present their situation to anyone, saying that my Lord knows me better than I do, and those who surrender to Allah are ashamed to present their situation even to Allah. These are the people whom Allah loves them and they love Allah. Such people know very well that according to the verse, "All souls will taste death," all people on earth will pass away and finally the Day of Judgment will come, as Allah's promise is true. On that Day of Reckoning, in the presence of Allah (swt), such people will be greeted by Allah (swt) Himself with a smiling face and will be praised by the angels and will be greeted with greetings of peace. They will be given the best of hospitality and will be placed in the heavens.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Hajj, verse 35. They are those whose hearts tremble when Allah is mentioned. Yes.

The afflictions that befall them – they are patient with what befalls them. They pray, and from what We have given them as provision, for Allah's sake they spend.

When an affliction befalls them, they do not say: why has this happened to me?

Surely my Lord sent me into the world for a test. My Lord does not put on our backs a burden we cannot bear. Since He has given me this affliction, I will be patient. When He gives it to someone else who cannot be patient, He will show me to them as an example. With these feelings, a person accepts what comes from Allah. These are the people of faith who believe in Allah and the hereafter, those governed by taqwa; since they long for Allah, in places where Allah is mentioned their characteristics, their hearts (?), and they gush like a spring. These people have surrendered to Allah from the heart, know Allah Almighty with certainty, and keep Him alive in their hearts.

Such a person, to win Allah's pleasure and to make themselves more beloved to Allah Almighty, looks after Allah's servants. From the provisions Allah has given them, to those in need, for Allah's sake they give. Continuing in worship, they pray and fast. To the afflictions that befall them they say: this is a test for me, and they are patient. Those who accept what comes from Allah and, laying their state before no one, say my Lord knows me better than I do, and surrender to Allah, are ashamed to lay their state even before Allah. These are such people: Allah loves them, and they love Allah. Such people know very well that every soul will taste death.

According to the verse, (?) all people within the earth, and finally, as Allah's true promise, the Day of Judgment will come. On that Day of Reckoning, in the presence of Allah Almighty, having attained Allah's love, such people will be welcomed by Allah Himself with a smiling face and, attaining the praise of the angels, they will be told: peace be upon you.

They will be hosted in the finest way and settled in the gardens of Paradise.
