Al-Hajj 37: Neither their meat, nor their blood reaches Allah. But it is only your abstinence that reaches Allah. Allah has given these animals to your use so that you will recognize Allah as the Greatest and attain Allah’s guidance. (Oh Messenger) give glad tidings to the muhsineen (those who commit good acts).

Translation

Neither their meat, nor their blood reaches Allah. But it is only your abstinence that reaches Allah. Allah has given these animals to your use so that you will recognize Allah as the Greatest and attain Allah’s guidance. (Oh Messenger) give glad tidings to the muhsineen (those who commit good acts).

Tafsir

Neither the meat nor the blood of these animals reaches Allah. Allah does not need these animals. Only when people obey Allah's commands, their taqwa reaches Allah. Allah (swt) rewards people if they know their Lord as Lord and surrender to Allah.

Allah has made these animals available to us so that we may praise Allah who has guided us and brought us out of darkness into light. Allah, who sent human beings to the realm of property, which is a realm of the unseen, should have found and known Allah with the intellect He gave to man. But when man became more interested in the body and forgot his Lord, Allah sent Prophets and Books to human beings so that they might know their Lord. If Allah had not sent us Prophets and Books, perhaps we would have wandered in darkness, filth and disbelief. Allah, who has pity on us, has sent us proofs of His Essence so that we may be guided. He has also made sacrificial animals available to us, in addition to the worldly blessings He has created, so that we may be grateful to Him who has given so many blessings to mankind. In this case, it is for us to recognize Allah (swt) as great and to know that there is no other God but Allah (swt).

In this case, when Allah addressed the Prophet (PBUH), who was the Prophet of Hatemen and came as a mercy to the worlds, and said, "Give glad tidings to those who behave well," Allah is saying, "Give glad tidings to those who follow the invitation of Allah, who do not associate anything with Allah, who do not love Allah's creatures more than Allah, who adorn themselves with piety, who pay attention to what is halal and haram, who look after the orphan and the orphan, who feed the poor and the needy from their own sustenance. Allah will place such people in Gardens from whose floors rivers flow and make them the owners of the abode of eternal bliss.

What is said in the video

Surah Al-Hajj, verse 37. A wrongly interpreted verse (?); let's see what the wrong one says. Neither their meat nor their blood reaches Allah, but only your taqwa reaches Him. Rightly, because He has guided you, so that you may acknowledge Allah as great, He has thus given these animals for your benefit. O Muhammad! Give glad tidings to those who do good. Now, what is the problem here? What is missing? It says: because He has guided you. If He guided us, He could have guided the disbelievers too. What does it do? It takes man's free will away from him. Allah Almighty uses His own will over people and pushes some to guidance and some to disbelief. Yes.

Let's see what the correct one is. Neither their meat nor their blood reaches Allah. But only your taqwa reaches Him. So that you may acknowledge Him as great and attain Allah's guidance, He has thus given these animals for your benefit. O Muhammad, give glad tidings to those who do good. What is it, then? So that you may attain Allah's guidance. Yes.

Neither the meat nor the blood of these animals reaches Allah. Allah has no need of these animals. But through people's observing Allah's command, their taqwa reaches Allah. If a person knows their Lord as Lord and surrenders to Allah, Allah Almighty rewards people.

Allah, who guides us and brings us out of darkness into light, so that we praise Allah, has offered these animals for our benefit. Allah sends people (?) to the world of mülk; with the reason He gave him, man should have found and known Allah. But when man increased his attachment to the body and forgot his Lord, Allah sent people prophets and books, so that they would know their Lord. Had Allah not sent us prophets and books, perhaps in darkness we would have kept wandering in a sea of filth and disbelief. Allah, who has mercy on us, has sent, to guide us, proofs that make His essence known. Also, so that we thank Allah Himself, alongside the worldly blessings He has created, He has offered the sacrificial animals for our benefit too – it is so that we thank Allah, who gives people so many blessings.

So it is for us to acknowledge Allah Almighty as great and to know that there is no other god besides Allah. So Allah's saying to the Seal of the Prophets, who came as a mercy to the worlds, the Prophet (peace be upon him): give glad tidings to those who do good, means: those who follow Allah's call, associate nothing with Allah, do not love Allah's creatures more than Allah, are adorned with taqwa, are careful about halal and haram, look after the fatherless and the motherless, and to the poor and needy, from their own provision, give food – give glad tidings to those people; Allah will place such people in gardens beneath which rivers flow and make them the owners of the abode of eternal bliss.

Yes.
