Translation

Verily, Allah protects the ones who believe. Verily, all those who betray and who are ungrateful will stay far from Allah’s love (as long as they are on that path).

Tafsir

Allah protects those who believe, who submit to Him and do not deviate from Allah's commands and prohibitions. For example, Allah (swt) says in His verse, "We give the disbelievers two or three calamities a year". They are afflicted with calamities every year. Those who turn their backs on Allah, Allah (swt) gives them these calamities to bring them back to themselves and remind them that there is no other God but Allah.

People who believe in Allah and abstain from Allah's commands and prohibitions will be Allah's walking feet, His holding hands and His speaking tongue. According to the verse, "Who is more eloquent than he who speaks of Allah", such people earn Allah's love and friendship by telling about Allah and making people love Allah. Allah (swt) protects and safeguards such people.

Whoever commits treason against Allah, i.e. denies Allah, or associates partners with Allah, or says that Allah is three, or that Uzair is the son of Allah, or that the angels are His daughters, denies Allah's Godhood, and commits treason against Allah, and when they pass on to the Hereafter in this state, they have bought the eternal abode of Hell. Moreover, if people eat and drink of all the blessings that Allah has bestowed upon mankind and do not see the Giver of these blessings, turn their backs on Him, are ungrateful and ungrateful, Allah will withhold His love from such people in the Hereafter and leave them there alone and desolate.

This is what it means to be wasted. This is what it means to prefer the world over the Hereafter and to buy the torment of Hell by turning away from Allah for the temporary blessings of this world. May Allah protect us from such a fate.

What is said in the video

We have come to verse 38. This too is a wrongly interpreted verse. Let's look at this one too. What does the wrong one say here? Allah protects those who believe. And surely Allah deprives everyone treacherous and ungrateful of His love, it says. There can be no such verse. Allah protects those who believe. And surely everyone treacherous and ungrateful, as long as they persist in that state, remains deprived of Allah's love. Yes.

Yes. Allah protects those who believe. Innallâhe yudâfiu anillezîne âmenû, innallâhe lâ yuhibbu kulle havvânin kefûr. Kefûr. See how beautifully it puts it. Everyone ungrateful, as long as they persist in that state, remains deprived of Allah's love. Allah protects those who believe, who surrender to Him and do not step outside Allah's commands and prohibitions. For example, Allah Almighty says in a verse: We give the disbelievers each year two or three afflictions. They meet with afflictions every year; to those who turn their backs on Allah, Allah Almighty, to bring them to their senses and to remind them that there is no other god besides Allah, gives these afflictions.

But they still say it is a natural event. In one verse Allah Almighty also says: if only, without seeing so many afflictions, always, at least, they had turned to Me. Yes, for people who believe in Allah and are mindful of Allah's commands and prohibitions, Allah Almighty becomes the foot that walks, the hand that holds and the tongue that speaks. Who is sweeter in speech than one who tells of Allah, according to the verse? Such people, by telling of Allah and making people love Him, win Allah's love and friendship. And Allah Almighty takes such people under His protection and protects them. Whoever is treacherous toward Allah, that is, denies Allah, associates partners with Allah, and says of Allah that Allah is three, or says Ezra is the son of Allah, the angels are His daughters, denies Allah's divinity – if they have been treacherous toward Allah, when they pass on to the hereafter in this state, they will have bought the (?) of eternal hell for themselves. Moreover, the many blessings Allah has created for people – if people eat and drink them, do not see the Giver of these blessings, turn their backs on Him, do not give thanks and are ungrateful, Allah will withhold His love from such people in the hereafter and leave them there alone and forsaken.

This is what loss is: preferring this world to the hereafter and, for the fleeting worldly blessings, moving away from Allah and buying the punishment of hell – this is it too. May Allah protect us all from such an end.
