Translation

And for those who rejected and denied Our verses, there is a humiliating punishment.

Tafsir

For those who disbelieve in Allah and the Hereafter, who deny the Verses of Allah, who live in this world as their ego desires, who follow Satan and Taghut, who see the world as rosy, there is a humiliating torment in the Hereafter.

The meaning of the humiliating torment is that the wrongdoers who deny Allah and the Hereafter, while they live in this world, are proud and arrogant, and they treat people with contempt. They harass people who insist on Allah and do not compromise on Allah, they torture those who fear Allah, or they ridicule them with contempt. In this way, they make themselves appear great to people, boast of their oppression and satisfy their own ego. In the Hereafter, when those whom they disliked and ridiculed, those who obeyed Allah, attain high positions, and when they see that they too will be subjected to torment and their place will be in hell, they will be ashamed of that Muslim, and they will be very ashamed of the people whom they oppressed and whom they thought were under their command. Perhaps the torment they will suffer in hell will be more painful than the torment of hell because of their degradation.

What is said in the video

Yes, we have come to verse 57.

Vellezîne keferû ve kezzebû bi-âyâtinâ fe ulâike lehüm azâbün mühîn. As for those who disbelieve and deny Our verses, for them there is a humiliating punishment, says Allah Almighty. Those who deny Allah and the Hereafter, who, by denying Allah's verses, in the world live as their nafs desires, who follow Satan and the taghut and see the world through rose-tinted glasses: for them there is a humiliating punishment in the world of the Hereafter. Yes.

What is meant by a humiliating punishment: the wrongdoers who deny Allah and the Hereafter, while living in the worldly life, being full of pride, arrogance and self-importance, look down on people. They harass people who insist on Allah, who make no concessions regarding Allah, they torture those who fear Allah. Or they belittle them and mock them. With such behaviour they make themselves look great to people, boast of the oppression they commit, and satisfy their own nafs. In the world of the Hereafter, when the people who obeyed Allah, whom he despised and mocked, attain high ranks, when they see that they themselves will (?) the punishment and that their place is the fire of hell, they will be ashamed before those Muslims, and toward the people they oppressed and thought to be under their command they will be greatly humiliated.

Perhaps the torment they will suffer in hell because of this humiliation, what they will suffer, will feel even more bitter than the bitter torment of hell. Why? Because they are within their own carnal feelings, and since their nafs too will have no (?), their pride and arrogance, when they see that the people they despised hold great ranks, and that they themselves have been made subject to the punishment, when they see this, since the torment he suffers wounds his pride and arrogance, the torment he will suffer is light beside this. Yes.
