Tafsir
Allah (swt) gave people their intentions at Kalu Bela, when He made a covenant with them. He knows what people intend and what they will do during this covenant. In this respect, if Allah (swt) had pity on some people in the world because of their hardship and distress, if Allah (swt) had taken pity on them and relieved their distress, they would certainly have become unruly. Because their intention is to spread evil and to do evil to people and to live according to their own desires and to disregard the concept of morality, it is in the interest of these people and the people who will be harmed by them that Allah (swt) does not have pity on them because of their complaints and distress, in order to prevent the evil of such people. Otherwise, Allah is not cruel, so that Allah would take pleasure in people's distress. Allah's intention is for people to live in prosperity and peace. People take this peace and prosperity into their own hands.
People mistake their own evil desires and wishes for life and become sinners. They want things that will take them away from Allah (swt). Since the nafs of such people are not perfected, they increase in their transgressions. By taking pity on these people and not relieving their distress, Allah is giving life to them and to those who will see evil from them. Allah is the Wise. He is the best Knower.

Surah Al-Mu'minun, verse 75. Yes. If We had pitied them and removed the hardship they were in, they would have gone utterly blind and persisted in their transgression.
Sometimes our ancestors say, from goodness comes sickness, you know; Allah Almighty too, according to the destinies of all people, in a way that they do not transgress, that their nafs cannot (?), has programmed them, and by giving them their sustenance that way, He prevents their evils. Allah Almighty granted people's wishes at Qalu Bala, when He made the covenant with them. What people wished during this covenant, and what they would do, He knows. Therefore, if, because some people in the world suffer want and fall into hardship, Allah Almighty had pitied them and removed their hardship, people would surely have become unruly.
Because that is their character. Well, if Allah Almighty does not give to a person, that too is from His mercy, because He protects him. Yes.
Because, owing to their wishes to spread evil and do evil to people, and, living by the whims of their nafs, to disregard the concept of morality, Allah Almighty, in order to prevent the evil of such people, not pitying these people for their whining and hardships is in the interest of these people and of the people who would be harmed by them. After all, Allah is not unjust, that because people fall into hardship Allah Almighty would be pleased. Allah's will is that people live in ease and peace. People kick away this environment of peace and prosperity with their own hands. People take the bad desires and wants in their own wishes for life and become sinners.
They want things that will take them away from Allah Almighty. Since the nafs of such people has not attained perfection, they thoroughly increase their transgression. So, by not pitying these people and not removing their hardship, Allah must give life both to people and to those who would suffer evil from these people. Allah is the Possessor of wisdom. He knows best. We believe and we affirm it. Yes.
