Tafsir
Allah (swt) has sent His Holy Qur'an to give life to people, to ensure that they live in peace, to shed light before them and to lead them out of darkness into light. At the same time, He has made clear through His laws what people must observe.
Those who obey these laws live in peace under the command of Allah. In the Hereafter, they will enjoy the mercy of Allah. Those who do not abide by these laws will live in a restless and depressed state in this world and will be deprived of Allah's mercy in the Hereafter.
Allah (swt) is exempt from imperfect attributes. Therefore, those who look for errors in His Verses reveal their own ignorance and incompleteness. For this reason, Allah's Verses are complete and accurate, and Allah (swt) says to the people, "This is a Surah, the provisions of which We have made obligatory upon you. We have made clear in it the Verses so that you may take heed). In this Surah and the Verses in this Surah, Allah (swt) has sent His Verses to mankind in a clear and precise manner so that they can live with glory and honor, because humans are the equal of creation.

Surah An-Nur: "This, which We have sent down" — Allah Almighty, in this surah — "sent down by your Lord, revealed, and whose rulings We have made obligatory upon you, is a surah." What does it say? The rulings upon you. What are its rulings? Every verse is Allah's ruling. Every verse is obligatory. So according to this verse, a single verse, if you deliberately deny it, you become a disbeliever. Yes. Let us read once more. "This, which We have sent down," that is, this which We sent down, and whose rulings I have made obligatory upon you, a surah. The rulings are obligatory upon you. It is not specific to this surah. It applies to all surahs, all verses.
It says: We have sent down clear verses in it so that perhaps you will reflect and take heed. To give people life and to ensure that they live in peace, to hold a light before people and bring them out of the darknesses into light, Allah Almighty has sent His Noble Quran. Along with this, He has made known through laws how far people are to abide by them. Those who abide by these laws live in peace under Allah's command. In the realm of the Hereafter they attain Allah's mercy. Those who do not abide by these laws live in the world without peace and in a crisis. In the realm of the Hereafter they remain deprived of Allah's mercy.
Yes.
Allah Almighty is free from deficient attributes. For this reason, those who look for errors in His verses lay their own ignorance and shortcomings bare. Since Allah's verses are flawless and complete, Allah Almighty says to people: "whose rulings We have made obligatory upon you, a surah. So that perhaps you will reflect and take heed, We have made its verses plainly known in it." In this surah and the verses in it, because people are the noblest of creation, so that people may live with their honour and dignity, Allah Almighty has sent His verses to people clearly and plainly.
