Flog those who accuse chaste women of committing adultery and cannot bring four witnesses 80 times and do not accept their testimony anymore. They are completely the sinners.
Tafsir
Those who accuse honorable women of adultery and play with their honor and dignity, or who want to break the family ties of these honorable women and use them for their own dark ambitions, are sinful people. If they bring four witnesses and cannot prove that these women are guilty of adultery, they should be beaten with eighty strokes of the cane. Never accept the testimony of these evil people again. Because these people are sinful people.
Allah (swt) informs us of the situation of such people. Allah (swt) made a covenant with them in Kalu Bela that each person should keep his soul as a witness to himself. He gave them their destiny as their fate. Therefore, Allah (swt) warns people because He knows what these people will do and that they are sinners and their testimony is not valid because they will slander people and will not speak the truth.
What is said in the video
Surah An-Nur, verse 4: Those who accuse chaste women of adultery and then cannot bring four witnesses to prove it, strike them eighty lashes each, and never accept their testimony again. They are utterly sinful. May Allah protect us. Accusing a chaste woman of adultery is a very bad thing. Allah, our Lord, says they are utterly sinful. Utterly. These are the ones who will go straight to Hell. (?) if their nafs attains perfection, if they depart as Muslims. Yes. Those who accuse chaste women of adultery and play with these people's honor and dignity, or who want to break the family ties of these chaste women and make them tools of their own dark commands, are sinful people.
These people who cannot bring four witnesses and prove these women's adultery — strike them eighty lashes each, He decrees. And never again accept the testimony of these evil people. Because these people are sinful people. Yes.
In our time there are liars of such a kind. The more a person lies, the more eager he gets. The more he lies. And he prides himself, saying, how nicely I lie.
Such people have multiplied more and more in our time. May Allah protect us. (?) First of all, "do not lie" — there is such a verse. Do not lie. Yes. Because lying is the source of every kind of evil. So those who tell lie after lie and take pride, saying, how nicely I lied, are lying machines, and at the same time slander machines. A Muslim, a person who knows himself, whenever he sees them, does not even listen to their talk. Why? Because they are liars, that's why. Just as it says, never again accept their testimony, because he will lie again. So why should I listen to the words of a liar whom I will not accept?
Aren't there such people today? Television is full of them; among politicians it is full of them. Politics is built on lies anyway. And faith is built on truth. Yes, for this reason, if the man doesn't lie, he cannot be at ease. He can't deceive people; he will lie. But I do not lament over that person because he lies, because of his lying. What I lament is those who believe him, Muslims who, because they don't know the verses well, listen to him, who take their places at their side and take refuge in that camp, that is, those who take refuge — iltica, in the language iltica, that is, iltica — let's say those who join that camp. May Allah protect us.
I wouldn't even want to go near them. Personally, when I come near such a liar, believe me, foul smells reach me from him and a distress comes over one, as if you had entered a kind of magnetic field and they were squeezing you; yes, I feel these. That's why I move away from there. I don't go among people much either. Not "much" — I don't go. Nor do I talk worldly nonsense at all. Let's not say "at all", but I don't talk it. Of course we talk where it's necessary. We have problems in this world. We have a living to make. Those are excepted. Apart from that: Ahmet said this, Mehmet did that, and so on.
With their affairs, (?), with this and that, with gossip, backbiting and so on, may Allah protect us. Yes. Allah Almighty informs us of the condition of such people. At Qalu Bala, so that every person's nafs would be held as a witness over itself, Allah Almighty made a covenant with them. He gave them their own wishes as their destiny. Therefore, because Allah Almighty knows what these people will do and that they are sinful, that their testimony has no validity, because they will slander people and not speak truthfully, He warns people.
