Tafsir

The man who accuses his wife of adultery should say the name of Allah (swt) four times, and then on the fifth time he should say, 'May the curse of Allah be upon me if I am one of the liars. When the husband says this, he is making a lianda.

In the language of jurisprudence, the term "lian" means that when the husband accuses his wife of adultery, he says four times in the presence of the judge, ashedu billah I am one of the truthful ones, and on the fifth time, if I am one of the liars, the wrath of Allah be upon me, and the wife swears the same oaths, and on the fifth time, ashedu billah this husband is one of the liars, the punishment of stoning is lifted, the family ties are broken, and the marriage contracts of these people are annulled and they are divorced.

What is said in the video

The fifth time he curses himself; he says it four times. The fifth time, upon himself. The fifth time: if he is among the liars, may Allah's curse truly be upon him, he says. Because he was supposed to bring four witnesses, right; since he could not bring four witnesses, four times, in place of the four witnesses, he bears witness. The fifth time, since there is no witness, he makes the testimony against himself. The man who accuses his wife of adultery, invoking Allah's name, four times says "Eşhedü billah, I am among the truthful", and after that, the fifth time: "If I am among the liars, may Allah's curse truly be upon me." When the husband says this, he has performed li'an.

That is, the divorce has taken place. That is, in the terminology of fiqh, when the husband accuses his wife of adultery, (?) these attributes of curse and wrath, four times before the judge, saying "Eşhedü billah, I am among the truthful", and the fifth time, "If I am among the liars, may Allah's wrath be upon me" — if he says so, the woman takes the same oaths. The fifth time, if she says, "Eşhedü billah, (?) husband is among the liars", the punishment of stoning is lifted, family ties are severed, and these people's marriage contract lapses and they are divorced.
