An-Naml 69: Say, “Travel around the earth and see the end of the great sinners.”

Translation

Say, “Travel around the earth and see the end of the great sinners.”

Tafsir

Allah (swt) addressed the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) and said: "Say: Travel in the earth and see what was the fate of the sinners. This is the fate of the sinful guilty people who disobeyed Allah's commands and were destroyed either by a shout or a thunderstorm or a rain of stones. Their homelands were turned upside down and it was as if no people had ever lived in those lands. Allah (swt) informs people of His existence in such a clear and unambiguous way.

What is said in the video

Surah An-Naml, verse 69. Kul sîrû fi'l- ardı fenzurû keyfe kâne âkıbetu'l-mucrimîn. Say: travel through the earth and see what the end of the sinners was. See what the end of those guilty ones was. Allah Almighty, addressing the Beloved of the Almighty, (?) the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him): Say: travel through the earth and see what the end of the sinners was. The end of the sinful, guilty peoples who did not listen to Allah's commands was that they were destroyed either by a scream, an earthquake or a rain of stones. Their lands were turned upside down, as if no people had ever lived in those towns.

Allah Almighty makes His existence known to people this clearly and plainly. He even says: do you never travel about the earth? Do you not see what the end of the ancients was, He says. Yes. Look, on my phone I will now show you the ends of the ancients, what they did. Our son Veysi knows these places better. Yes?

Rains of stones fell. Travel and see. Well, what does Allah Almighty say to people? Say: travel through the earth and see what the end of the sinners was. Yes.

Thus Allah Almighty makes the existence of His being known to people.
