Tafsir
Allah is the Knower and Seer of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them, visible and invisible. Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. This is because Allah did not create His creation outside of His sovereignty. In this respect, all the living and non-living things created in this world are included in the Holy Qur'an. Since the Qur'an contains both the wet and the dry, the Holy Qur'an is a book in which the essence of all these creations is written. The original of this Book is preserved in the Levh-i Mahfuz. It was revealed to the Prophet (PBUH), who came as a mercy to the worlds, in twenty-three years and brought light to the earth.
Allah (swt) has written down all that will happen, all that will occur until the Day of Resurrection, in a program. No force and power can change this program and prevent its course except Allah. In this respect, everything from the mote to the sphere, visible or invisible, in the darkness or in the light, in the remotest corner of the heavens or in the lowest shelters of the earth, whatever has happened, whatever is happening, is known to Allah and all of it is preserved in Levh-i Mahfuz. Without Allah's knowledge, neither a living particle nor an inanimate particle can move. Glory be to Allah, Who is aware of all.
What is said in the video
Ve mâ min gâibetin fi's-semâi ve'l-ardı illâ fî kitâbin mübîn. There is nothing unseen in the heavens and on earth that is not in a clear book, in the Preserved Tablet. Yes, what is it? ve mâ min gâibetin fi's-semâi ve'l-ard, in the heaven and on earth there is nothing unseen that is not — illâ fî kitâbin mübîn — in a clear book, in the Preserved Tablet. Allah Almighty — of the heavens and the earth, and of what is between them, His creations seen or unseen — is the one who knows and sees their state. Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. Because Allah has not created His creations outside His decree.
For this reason, in the Holy Quran, all the living and non-living things created in this whole universe are present. Since the wet and the dry are in the Quran, the Holy Quran is the book in which the essence of all these created things, that is, all of them, is written. The original of this book is preserved in the Preserved Tablet. Revealed to the Prophet (peace be upon him), who came as a mercy to the worlds, over 23 years, it brought the earth to light. Do you know where the Preserved Tablet is? Think of a rampart — walls, a rampart. The Quranic verses are written there. The place where the Quran's verses are written.
My Lord granted it to me; I saw that place. And it's because I saw it that I'm describing it.
So Allah Almighty has written out all these things that will happen, that will appear until the Day of Judgement, within a program, and laid it all down. No force or power other than Allah can change this program or hinder its course. For this reason, from the atom to the globe, seen or unseen, in darkness and in light, in the most remote corner of the heavens or in the lowest layer of the earth, in shelters, whatever happened, whatever there is — He is aware of all of it, and all of it is preserved in (?). Without Allah's knowledge, not a living particle nor a lifeless particle can move. Exalted indeed is the glory of Allah, who is aware of all.
