Tafsir
When Allah (swt) says in His verse (We have sent down to you clear Verses), it means that He sent the Qur'an at a time when the intellects came into play and Allah (swt) sent down the Verses in such a way that the intellects could understand the Verses of Allah (swt) and He (swt) says that We have sent down to you clear Verses. He informs us that every human being is capable of comprehending the Verses. Reminding us that all human beings are capable of comprehending the Verses according to their own meanings, even if it is the first meaning, but only the transgressors deny it, and that all human beings are enemies of Allah and the Prophets by comprehending the Verse, and that they deliberately deny the Verses of Allah and enroll themselves among the group of transgressors. These are the transgressors who want to wreak havoc and oppress their own souls because they do not use their reason.
What is said in the video
was not in that situation. Yes.
Allah Almighty saying in His verse "We have sent down to you clear verses", clear. Sending the Quran at a time when minds had come into play, and minds being such that they would understand Allah Almighty's verses, by Allah Almighty sending His verses, "I swear, We have sent down to you clear verses" is such a (?). These clear verses are the muhkam verses of the Quran. What are they? Its legal rulings. And here there are also mukatta verses. These mukatta verses are those that are only within the knowledge of Allah Almighty and that we cannot understand, His verses. Alif Lam Mim, Ta Ha, Ya Sin, such verses; these are the mukatta verses.
The others are the muhkam verses. That is, the legal rulings that form the foundation of the Quran. Yes.
It informs us that every person is in a position to grasp the verses. With what does it inform us? With this verse. The counterpart of every sentence of the verse is here. We never refrain from giving the example of a mosquito or what is greater, it says. What do we understand here? The mosquito is the weakest. And what is the biggest? The elephant, or something stronger. That is, from the most ignorant to the most learned, We give examples and explain them, it says. There is no "explain", "I didn't understand". Who says "I didn't understand"? The Jews say, our ears are veiled against your word.
No, He says. You veiled them yourself, He says. My word is not veiled to your ear, He says. I make you hear it, He says.
The verses. Yes.
It informs us that every person is in a position to grasp the verses. Reminding us that all people, in proportion to their own understanding, even if only the first meaning, are able to grasp the verses, His saying "only the transgressors deny this", that is, the Quran only the transgressors deny, means that every person, comprehending the verse, through being enemies of Allah and the prophets, knowingly denying Allah's verses, is having themselves written among the ranks of the transgressors. These are transgressors who want to drown the land in corruption and wrong their own selves. Yes.
