If someone changes the will after hearing and accepting it from the person who is dying, there is a sin upon the one altering the will. Verily, Allah is Samee (All-Hearing) and Aleem (All-Knowing).
Tafsir
When the dying person realizes that he is going to die or before he dies, he makes a will for the property he has left behind. The people to whom he makes a will must be two men. If he cannot find two men, he can have one man and two women. These witnesses will testify as to who among the heirs he left his property to after his death. The heirs divide the property according to what the people who made the will said.
If one of the heirs or some of the heirs bribes the witnesses to the will of the deceased, and the witnesses of the deceased are deceived by worldly wealth and change the will of the deceased in favor of those who bribed them, their sins are on those people.
(Verily Allah hears and knows) Allah is omnipresent. He is aware of every particle of all these created worlds. There is no particle that Allah (swt) is not present and cannot see, and there is no particle that Allah (swt) does not hear and is not under His control. In this respect, Allah is omnipotent because the Creator has programmed the state of His creatures for themselves.
What is said in the video
Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 181. Of a dying person, after hearing the bequest. Look at that, there is a bequest. No bequest, they say; they (?) the Prophet too with this. After hearing and accepting the bequest of the dying person, if anyone changes the bequest, the sin is upon those who change it. Surely Allah hears and knows.
A man leaves his wealth, makes a bequest. He bequeaths this much to this one, that much to that one, that much to that one.
They write the bequest down too.
They have it read out to the man. They sign underneath. Then they change this bequest. Those two persons change it. In whatever way suits them. Whoever changes it, the burden is on them, it says. They are responsible before Allah. When the dying person realizes he will die, or before he dies, for the wealth left behind he makes a bequest.
The witnesses to whom he makes the bequest, the witnesses must be two men. If two men cannot be found, it can also be one man and two women. These witnesses, as to whom among the heirs this man left his wealth after his death, bear witness. The heirs divide the wealth according to what these people of the bequest say.
For example, my father made a bequest, and there are two executors. They tell me: your father, those two persons say, left this much to this one, left these to that one, left these to that one, and to you he left this. He distributed it, that is. They obey him. And these are not done at random. Our Lord will make them known in Surah An-Nisa. He will make them known. If He says it like this here too, that means this too was abrogated in Surah An-Nisa by the verse. Then all the verses were abrogated by one another.
Yes. Truly it makes one want to laugh.
Allah Almighty, to the heir, to the one leaving the inheritance: to men two-thirds, to the woman one-third He leaves. Let's say there are three daughters and four sons. How will they share the wealth? Since the four sons each have two shares compared with a daughter, it makes eight shares. With the three daughters' it is eleven shares. The wealth is divided into eleven; the men take two each and the girls one each, and they have received their rights. Our Lord divides these with justice. Hodja, how can the children of the same father not have the same rights? Of course they don't.
My wife; I give an example from myself.
Her father left eight dönüm of land. He left a hazelnut field. There are four, five sons. Some of them have died too.
These children have no income.
Every year one of them will get hazelnuts from there. They will get a little money.
The wife gets from her father and also gets from me. Gets from me too. My wife owns perhaps fifty times, a hundred times more wealth than them. Now how can that woman take from her husband and also take a share from her father, like her brothers? (?) She took her right. He gave equally. These were in need too. They used it up. They used up the wealth. She took one-eighth. She used up the wealth together with her husband. Her husband divorced her. Or her husband died. The woman is in need; who will look after her? Whose honor? The brothers' honor. He will look after her. So there He has some of the wealth left to those brothers.
There is no injustice in Allah's justice. In the justice that holds women and men equal under the name of the civil code, there is injustice.
If, regarding the persons to whom the deceased made the bequest, one of the heirs or some of the heirs offer bribes to the witnesses, and those who were the deceased's witnesses, deceived by worldly goods, change the deceased's bequest in favor of those who gave the bribe, their sins are upon these people.
Surely Allah hears and knows. Allah Almighty is present and watching everywhere. He is aware of every atom of all these created worlds. There is not a single atom of it where Allah Almighty is not, that He does not see, and also that is not under His hearing and rule. In this respect, because the Creator has programmed the state of what He created into them, Allah Almighty has power over all things.
